Great pastry shop and bubble tea shop. We got mango cream bubble teas and they were sweet and delicious. Price is good and there is a good assortment of savory and sweet pastries. It gets relatively busy but it's good that it's within the supermarket plaza.

Don't go before noon only half of the bread is ready. We asked at 11am and it was going to be another 2 hours for a particular bread. For a place that opens at 8am 5 hours to heat up pre made bread is kinda ridiculous. Makes me wonder if anything was available when they opened.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Tous Les Jours location, and I feel compelled to share it. I ordered a cappuccino, paid for it, and waited patiently for 20 minutes, expecting my drink to be prepared. Only after this lengthy wait was I informed that their espresso machine had been out of order for several hours.
What made this even worse was the complete lack of prior notice or communication about the issue. This is something they should have told me before taking my order. Instead, I wasted 20 minutes of my time waiting for a drink that was never going to be made.
To make matters worse, there was no apology, or make-good offer for the inconvenience. The staff seemed indifferent to the situation, offering no explanation or attempt to make things right. Adding insult to injury, I then had to wait even longer to get my money refunded, which only heightened my frustration.
This wasn’t just bad service—it was a complete failure to meet even the most basic standards of customer care.
While I’ve enjoyed the bakery side of this establishment in the past, I can’t recommend this place after such a frustrating experience.
This never would have happened at the Tous Les Jours in Ktown.

My wife ordered a cake over a week ago for an upcoming event and paid in advance.
Yesterday we received a call saying that they actually can’t do the specific cake in the size ordered. So now im left with two days max to figure out how to have cake for 30 people.
The cakes are delicious, it’s why we chose them, but they truly need to ensure all staff are educated on what they can and cannot do to avoid situations like this- or , if they cannot do that, check orders much further ahead in time and notify customers promptly if they need to cancel an order.
So if you are ordering a cake from them do your due diligence and really confirm they can do it, we thought we had but I guess those serving at the counter are not really in the know.

I purchased a lemon raspberry cake and specifically inquired with the shopkeeper about its freshness. She assured me that the cake was made today. Trusting her word, I bought it. However, when I ate the cake in the evening, it was extremely hard, as if it were ten days old. I have been a loyal customer of this bakery and have always regarded this brand highly, but this experience has significantly diminished my trust in their quality. Consequently, I will not be returning. I am not happy to leaving 1 star review
I will start saying the quality of their food is great. I go almost once a week for boba tea with the kid I babysit and once in a while with my daughters. The cakes are so good that I’ve purchase 4 cakes in less than a month since our birthdays are so close so… I got the last cake yesterday and I will say the service and the employees are not always good unfortunately. Yesterday I went to buy a cheesecake since my youngest daughter loves their cheesecakes there were two girls and when I asked if there was any cheesecake available since I couldn’t see anything on sight one of the girls told me with attitude no we don’t have anymore the other one said let me ask inside and she came back with the news that there was more but while I was waiting we talked about the fact that it was for a birthday and their cheesecake looks plain so she suggested to put fruit on the top so she ran to the back and request it for me meanwhile the nasty girl run to the phone and called someone asking how much extra she should charged me for the berries they were going to put on the top so she came to me and said you have to pay $6 for both cheesecakes and I said no I just order one and when I tried to explained she cut me off and said whatever so the other girl(the nice one) tried to also explained to her that the other cheesecake was for them to have it on display and she was like not interested to hear anything so she said you have to pay $3 for the berries they will put on top. I think you could be a little more welcoming with costumers because the nasty girl called someone in a higher position so it doesn’t matter how good your product is if you will treat costumers with so much disrespect.
