We just left this restaurant and OMG - What a gem in the middle of the industrial zone of Hauppauge. Who would have thought? Delicious food, big portions, excelent service and a very nice and chill vibe. Martin our server was fenomenal!!! We definitevely will go back!!!

Dinner at Bitute 57 was such an incredible authentic experience. I ordered Tallarin a la Huancaina con Entraña and it was super scrumptious! The prices are reasonable. Our waitress, Genesis, was welcoming and attentive with anything we needed. We loved it here and will definitely be coming back soon!

Horrible if you are Peruvian this food you will not like the ceviche it seemed like fish with only lemon and the parihuela seemed like seafood soup it was seafood from that bag that they sell you the ongrlado seafood that is mixed horrible too thick horrible pure luxury the restaurant but the food without flavor don't go

Honestly this is my fifth time coming here and first things first, the food is great ! Coming from a Peruvian, the food is awesome, very authentic. I’ve known the owners for years and always gone to their deli in Suffolk Ave. this restaurant does not disappoint. When I go dine in, there’s no wait and the food comes out fast. My favorite dish is the lomo saltado, aeropuerto, etc. the drinks are great; Chicha morada, maracuyar sour is the bomb drink !!!!! 10/10 👏👏👏

Amazing Food... The Rotisserie Chicken is GREAT!!!!!!!! Everything is authentic Peruvian. Do not leave without having the Arroz Chaufa, plantains and of course Fries and Hot Dogs. Passion Fruit Juice is so robust and delicious. Lastly Staff is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! My Tuesday Lunch spot!!!!!!!!!!

We enjoyed a wonderful Sunday dinner. Our waitress was terrific, and took the time to guide us through the authentic Peruvian menu. All dishes were delicious and very reasonably priced. We are looking forward to dining there again very soon!
