when out with my ladies, we order 6 passion margaritas and the bartender come back with the bills and turns out $25 each which it was crazy we ask her and she said a regular margarita it’s $15 but because we adding passionfruit it’s more!!! this was our sending stop we came from having brunch in another place where the margarita were $15 with passion flavor i swear capicu it’s just try to take your money because the drink don’t even match the prices taste horrible never again, and another thing the balance was 185 and we notice she charge $16 extra for what we don’t know ? so disappointing

Horrible experience extremely unorganized and horrible staffWent there for a friends birthday, called a week in advance and made a reservation for a table, ended up spending 40 dollars for uber just to get there. Took hours to get ready were super excited, we show up and they tell us we need to pay 100 dollars per person to get in (which no one had told us before hand),that there was no dinner, no reservation, nothing, because some guy was performing and everyone was coming to see him. The lady had red hair at the front had horrible attitude, along with other security members who were forcing me and my friends to get out in the freezing cold while we were trying to settle the situation because they didn't want us inside.Anyways only me and the girl that made the reservation stayed inside, rest were escorted which was so disrespectful, once again the staff were being extremely rude for a mistake they made, if there is such a big event why tell us we have a reservation a week prior?The birthday girl also was led outside and she was pissed because of the staff their horrible attitude and disorganization, we asked for the manager multiple times after he finally came out he tried his best to settle the situation offering us to let us in but at that point the girl that made the reservation was crying due to how we were being treated and due to the birthday girl being so mad that she didn’t even want to come back in.We didn’t go there to watch some random guy perform but to sit down eat and have fun, which was what we reserved, yet instead got horrible attitude half ur friend group kicked out and 49 dollars down the drain for nothing.Although the manager tried his best to resolve the situation he should do his best to hire staff that at least look nice on the outside if they are going to be completely ugly from the inside.

Hostess was friendly and welcoming but after that everything went downhill. I sat for more than 45 minutes and didn’t get water or a drink although my order was taken. After about 20 minutes waiter came over to share that the bar ran out of don julio which was the required tequila for the drink I had ordered, I kindly requested for it to be substituted with patron and yet the drink never made it to the table. The person I was with ask for a passion fruit juice but never did we expect cool-aid. We barely made it to dinner because after trying appetizer of maduro montado we decided we were not dinning here. Appetizer tasted like it sat in microwave a few days. It may be a a cool spot for beers and hang but definitely not to enjoy dinner.
Since when do we get flies in our drinks!? And when I said something to our waiter he didn’t even looked surprised as if it was normal to them and happens on the regular. The second drink…. still flies in it! The place is run poorly and clearly isn’t sanitary if there’s flies in their liquor bottles.

Wth is that?The hookah was $45 which was made with the hookahs that you have at home and no refill or changing of coal.Anyway, we still didn't receive my entrée and it's soon going to be 2 hours.

Celebrated my cousins baby shower here and I can’t say anything about the food because it was catered outside of venue, which was great! However, The workers were there to help with event the entire time, they even served our guest the food for us. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, made sure place was clean for us. It was a smooth process and definitely a place where you just need to let them know what you need and they will facilitate it for you and work with you to make sure your event comes out Amazing. Would definitely recommend.
