Ordered for pick up for the first time. I’m vegan, my husband is not. We each enjoyed our sandwiches. Love that they have options for different dietary preferences. Sandwiches were HUGE and delicious. Will be returning :)

I have ordered from this Smithtown branch multiple times as recent as yesterday to order the Sampler-Party Tray for my Poker Club. My friends raved over the quality of each of the different Subs, especially the Italian. The manager ,Elizabeth is a truly caring employee who made sure the order was perfect She even asked me to call back the next day to tell her if I was satisfied. Sadly, today it is so rare to find such great customer service.

Stopped by Capriotti’s this Saturday night and had a great experience. The shop was clean, and the staff was welcoming. The guy who took my order and made my sandwich really stood out—he was friendly, efficient, and clearly took pride in his work. It’s always nice to see someone actually care about the food they’re making.

I went with The Bobbie, and it was solid. The turkey was fresh, the stuffing had good flavor, and the cranberry sauce added just the right touch of sweetness. The bread held up well without being too dense. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and everything was put together with care.

Overall, a great spot for a well-made sandwich. Service was fast, and I’d definitely come back. If you go hopefully you get the same guy making your sandwich—he did a great job.

First time. This was delicious and super fresh ingredients. I must say, pleasantly surprised!! Will def be back!

I can’t understand the negative reviews! The club sandwich here is out of this world! I could literally eat it every day, lol. There is a long wait time, even if you order through the app, but totally worth the wait! Try the classic club you won’t regret it!

Gourmet sandwich shop! The food was delicious. I do find it a bit annoying when I ordered my food as I was leaving the house. I still had to wait another 10 minutes or so for it to be prepared. FYI, it takes about 15-20 minutes for me to drive there, including light traffic. Aside from having to wait extra time for two sandwiches that seemed a bit annoying. The food is delicious. I have ordered the American Wagyu French dip. I really enjoyed it, especially the dipping sauce they give you with it! I've also had the chicken chitpotle crunch, and that was great, too!

I'm so disappointed to have to leave this review.

When I lived in Vegas, Capriotti's was my favorite sandwich shop.

I only recently found out that there was one here and the next day I ordered a Bobbie and a Capastrami.

I didn't even mind the extra money that Uber Eats was adding on to the order because I was going to have some of my favorite sandwiches.

What I received was an unacceptable, pale imitation of what I was expecting.

The Bobbie didn't have ANY cranberry sauce on over half of the sandwich, and had maybe a spoonful on the part that had any. The Capastrami was a little better, but not much.

I called the shop, and the only explanation I was given was that they had a lot of orders that day. I was offered a free medium sandwich to make up for the two large sandwiches that were very bad.

Also, I ordered at 6pm, not at the end of the night.

If I ever order again (which is doubtful), I guess I'll have to call first and see if they had a lot of orders that day.
