I'm so disappointed to have to leave this review.

When I lived in Vegas, Capriotti's was my favorite sandwich shop.

I only recently found out that there was one here and the next day I ordered a Bobbie and a Capastrami.

I didn't even mind the extra money that Uber Eats was adding on to the order because I was going to have some of my favorite sandwiches.

What I received was an unacceptable, pale imitation of what I was expecting.

The Bobbie didn't have ANY cranberry sauce on over half of the sandwich, and had maybe a spoonful on the part that had any. The Capastrami was a little better, but not much.

I called the shop, and the only explanation I was given was that they had a lot of orders that day. I was offered a free medium sandwich to make up for the two large sandwiches that were very bad.

Also, I ordered at 6pm, not at the end of the night.

If I ever order again (which is doubtful), I guess I'll have to call first and see if they had a lot of orders that day.

Ordered threw Uber eats and they forgot my soup which was half my dinner !

Great subs! Try the Bobbie; fresh baked turkey, stuffing and crandberry sauce!

Was excited to try this place. The quality of the food was extremely subpar. Salad was ok. But sandwich was half bread and lettuce. Would never eat here again. About same quality as a subway. Park road shopping center really needed a good sandwich shop like Sandwich Club or Rhinos Deli.

I've ordered twice from this place via GrubHub Plus the food is excellent fresh and they get the food to you and never late in fact it's comes in early. I plan on using them fairly often while I'm working in this place and I had an order through GrubHub and they gave me this place

Gave me promo code and I went to
process it but the screen refreshed and accidentally went through but guess what they credited me for the other one and I'm very happy with them to have excellent service I highly recommend that you check this place out it's excellent.

As always, a happy trip to Capriotti’s for My Large Hot Bobbie with extra meat & extra cranberry sauce. The gentleman who handled My order was very polite & helpful as they normally have been with My specific orders. Definitely worth My trip from south Nassau County (Baldwin)!!

I see that the NYC locations are Permanently Closed now & I hope that isn’t the fate of this location. I am more so hopeful that a Nassau County location is in the plans for the future. I’ll keep My fingers crossed.
