Not good customer service. I got 4 sundaes and only 3 were in bag when I got home. I called and said I have to call in the morning because thereâs no manager there at nights and they are closed. Also the girl was angry with me about a cherry being on sundaes , which they are not (as shown in photo). Will not come back to this location.

Horrible experience. I won't go back. At least 5 people working behind the counter and not a single one greeted us. Stood in front of the cash register for at least 6 minutes while two workers were scooping what looked like a delivery, one worker grabbed cups, another one wiped a counter and 2 hid behind the refrigerator. Only my girlfriend and I in the store. Not a single person said hello, made eye contact, or said we'll be with you in a minute. Made what should've been a pleasant experience for a tasty treat a sour experience. My girlfriend and I just walked out. Luckily there's plenty of other Carvel's and ice cream shops around.

This location is hands down the best carvel! I ordered a custom cake for a friends 90âs theme birthday with some photo inspiration and they exceeded all expectations!
Horrible owner who makes up his own rules. Placed an order for a custom cake on Sunday picked it up today. Called to place another order same day and got this lady who took forever taking down all my info only to tell me all the end âmy owner wonât let me do it via phone sorryâ. What the hell kind of service is this. Never returning to this location! Rude owner.
Just got an order placed at another location via phone at a fraction of the time this store took. Thanks for the horrible service!
