Horrible experience. I won't go back. At least 5 people working behind the counter and not a single one greeted us. Stood in front of the cash register for at least 6 minutes while two workers were scooping what looked like a delivery, one worker grabbed cups, another one wiped a counter and 2 hid behind the refrigerator. Only my girlfriend and I in the store. Not a single person said hello, made eye contact, or said we'll be with you in a minute. Made what should've been a pleasant experience for a tasty treat a sour experience. My girlfriend and I just walked out. Luckily there's plenty of other Carvel's and ice cream shops around.

Horrible owner who makes up his own rules. Placed an order for a custom cake on Sunday picked it up today. Called to place another order same day and got this lady who took forever taking down all my info only to tell me all the end “my owner won’t let me do it via phone sorry”. What the hell kind of service is this. Never returning to this location! Rude owner.
Just got an order placed at another location via phone at a fraction of the time this store took. Thanks for the horrible service!
