Ordered from here twice first time the rice was as so hard could not eat the bowl. Called the customer service got an entree for this , went again few days later and there’s leaves in the food. Not even piece of lettuce they look like leaves.. Please get it together with prepping and cleaning this is gross and such an inconvenience..not going there anymore though !

Honestly this was a very poor experience, the restaurant was dirty with something sticky on the floor as you walked. The staff of mostly teenagers took like 5 minutes to come to the line of growing people waiting for them to stop talking to each other and the lady at the register had a very bad attitude didn’t even say thank you just threw my receipt on the counter and walked away. Do not recommend

Burrito was tasty as always, and everything seemed fresh and well-seasoned. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The only downside was that the portion of meat was a bit lighter than expected, which made the bowl feel less filling than usual. Still, overall a solid experience, and I’d go back!

Place looks dirty, counter full of food and water where your food is being prepare. Ask for little of everything, they didn't care to listen, they could not even close the burrito, plus it looked like soup and no protein. Had to walk out

Really wish I took a picture of the burrito they gave me. I understand that those can sometimes be hard to wrap and fall apart, but if it gets to the point where it's a soggy pile of mush, you should really start over and not serve it to a customer. Additionally (and this is true of all Chipotle locations in recent years) they always give you your food in a paper bag as if they assume you're getting it to go. If you want a plate you have to ask for it.

Came at 930 and they were out off chicken steak and pretty much everything playing loud bachata music no guac either really unprofessional. Go to a different location don't waste your time.

I’m not feeling well, just left there. I have to admit my husband and I did not finish our meals. TheFood was off and the bathroom smells of bleach but if I’m not mistaken there is red stuff on the floor that kinda looks like emesis? I hope I am wrong. Another thing that bothered me was there was a very quiet young man dark complexion non Spanish speaking. The girls did not speak to him respectfully and at one point openly mocked him for not understanding them when speaking in Spanish. He also tried to convey he was running out of things while he was making our bowl. They watch everything he does openly shaking their heads. That needs to be addressed look on the cameras if you want. They were not being respectful to him at all.
