I came here at 11am to pick up an order for 11:15am, 4-5 workers were busy making their own bowls for themselves to eat at the moment where they pack the online orders, so my order was delayed, I went with a family member who ordered in person and the card machine wasn’t working plus we had to wait for someone to come and take their order because they were busy making their own food. Don’t recommend going here, there’s so many other ones to go to plus there’s already a lot other terrible experiences with this specific one and their staff.

Original review: Steak was cold and was a small portion. Rice was also cold. Disappointing in terms of consistency. All team members were unfriendly despite making an effort to be a polite customer.

I am beyond pissed off. I ordered my usual chicken quesadilla with fajita peppers and onions and it is the sloppiest meal I have ever received !!! And on top of that has paper stuck inside of my quesadilla. The place was dirty when I went to go pick up my food and I arrived at my pick up time but had to wait another 10 minutes for it to be worked on. For me having to wait an extra 10 min this is what I got ??? This is supposed to be a quesadilla !!!! Very angry

I use to like this location, but now they run out of everything and don’t bother to cook more. So you’re out of luck if you wan to order… no chicken, no steak, and if they have it looks like it’s been there for a while… and when you ask if they more in the back the answer is is always “not right now” This should be called Not Roght Now..

Last person to leave a review but this place is truly displaceable. I come and ask for honey chicken (which they usually are out of at lunch) and I get half a scoop of chicken. I ask for more and the woman asks if I want double (so they can charge more). It is truly frustrating that I receive rice and beans for lunch because there is basically no chicken. This place is horribly run - there are never forks the garbage is always full and the employees are flat out rude. YOU ARE NOT LOSING MONEY ON GIVING FAIR PORTION SIZES. You will lose Customers and ultimately money when giving the unfair amount. This place and brand is truly diminishing. If there’s anyone from the business that would like to call please let me know.

Evening staff are the worst, close this location down for an immediately emergency customer service training! It will bring sales up trust me. Update travel to the new location in Islanda, NY…. 100% better!!! - 1900 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Islandia, NY 11749 best location.

2 bowls - both were completely shredded burnt chicken - chipotle has become so underwhelming , just drive down 100ft to Qdoba. Staff was great but food just isn’t there anymore
