Hate this location. Always packed and slow no matter what time of the day it is, no matter how many people you see running around behind the counter. Somehow they always tend to run out of white rice, and their guac tastes different each time you visit. Cashiers are something else as well, charged me steak when I ordered chicken, always doesn't know how to apply rewards and each time I visit there seems to be the same issue of the cashier not charging a customer correctly, such a shame this location can never get it right.

Horrible employees. Half of them donât even know what theyâre doing. I got there two minutes before they opened and they made me leave to wait outside so I decided to wait until 10:50 to come back and and they STILL were not prepared. The manager with the fake lashes smiled in my face when asking me to leave but then couldnât even look me in the eye after not having their ish together. Went back today and they had NO FOOD. I asked the employee when he thought it would be ready and he simply replied âwhat? The food? I donât knowâ absolute TRASH service.
