My wife ordered a burrito bowl, chips and guacamole on the App for us to split on a busy hectic Friday night just having come from making funeral arrangements for my dad. Her rewards gave a free guacamole. She gets to chipotle, order not ready. Claim app is “down”. She told them she had a free guacamole. Cashier says no, rolls her eyes. Wife asks for manager. Gets an African American with dreads stating he can’t give side of guacamole (we are talking about a $2.85 side here people) just ridiculous. Then he whispers to cashier not to “ respond” to my wife being annoyed. That’s the spirit! Make the customer feel bad for YOUR app problem. On top of it all, food was totally COLD!!! Place totally sucks. Never again. Go to Margarita’s Cafe around the corner. You’ll get real Mexican authentic food without the attitude!!! No wonder chipotle’s are closing down nationwide. Do better training your employees!!!

This location is literally the worst. I ordered a kids meal and asked for extra sour cream and the girl at the register tried charging me for two kids meals. I told her that I only wanted one and she said that they charge $5 for extra sour cream on kids meals. What a joke.

Always great food. But the employees trying to rush you when choosing what you want is extremely annoying. I get we went to move things along but it shouldn't be an uncomfortable and anxious thing when ordering your food. Me personally I simply ignore them and go at my pace. ??♂️

It's like okay. Chip people get it. It depends on location. I get my chipotle usually in westbury. The pickup there in westbury is great. These people working here don't give a F^^* about service though. Foods solid, but is not consistent nor not my regular spot. Place sucks in general.

This chipotle is still best on Long Island, still looked understaffed last night but the food was still perfectly good. I loved the Guac it was better than what other chipotles make.

I ordered carne asada double. White rice. Lettuce. Pico de gallo. Corn. Sour cream. Guac. Cheese. Got charged $37 for all this very very very disappointed.

Been there 3 times cause I am working close by, its been the same deal every time. They skimp out on the protein to the extend that it’s just disrespectful. Ordered a bowl and they put literally 1/2 a scoop of steak, when I asked them for more they gave me two more chunks of meat and charged me $17. Just to the greek spot next door.

Don't recommend this location....wife got really bad food poisoning from here...we shoulda never ate here as the food area was dirty and some of the meats and condiments looked old....I agree with previous posts...health depth needs to stop by
