They didn't know what has gluten. They cross contaminate the lettuce cuz they don't use tongs. The bowl was skimpy .. someone else got a whole bowl after me. I'm still hungry after paying over $15. The rice is tough. It's not safe here.

I visit this Chipotle location regularly, but the attitude from the worker who served me on Sunday, 11/30/2025 just after 8:30 pm was extremely poor. The employee at the counter gave me a long blank stare when I approached and did not greet me, seeming annoyed by me being there even though the store was still more than 2 hours from closing. She repeatedly tried to scoop items without asking for my selections first, as if rushing me despite my being the only customer in the store. She gave me unreasonably small portions which were also stale, and then dropped my side tortilla into the bag in an unnecessarily aggressive manner. I'm not sure what her issue was, but this level of attitude and service definitely needs improvement.

Don’t do deliveries with chipotle. Their third party is DoorDash and they absolutely suck. I ordered food and an hour later, I went to ask the dasher where the food was and she disconnected with me. I reached out to support which was HARD to contact a REAL agent. When I did, they refunded me the money and offered a free drink after 2 hours of waiting. Pathetic. Save your money people. Companies like this just care about money, not their customers.

Was given the complete wrong order and can’t even call to contact the store because you get 21 questions from a Robo-Call bot. So frustrating and irresponsible, check your bags before you seal them

Portion sizing is painfully bad, but the food is fresh salty and delicious. Very fresh food.

But I kid you not they pinch your cheese like it’s liquid gold. An employee started laughing at them because of how small of an amount and when I asked for more it was the same pinch.

Same pinch of lettuce too… not gonna beg for some food.

Most expensive location I’ve ever been too on Long Island as well.

Its been several times a schedule a pick up order and its never ready even though i get to the place a few minutes later than the expected time for pick up. And when you ask for it the employees have the worst attitude ever towards you or tell you you have to wait even though there's no one else at the restaurant. Customer service has declined at this location

Terrible service. I placed an online order, go in to pick it up and i literally had to walk behind the counter to get my order because the workers were too busy chatting with each other. They also never have vinaigrette, so they should just remove from their menu.
