Spent almost $300, forgot all my soft tacos for a work luncheon. Wouldn’t bring them to my office when I had a meeting. Trying to talk to someone on the phone yesterday was also a horrible experience with their corporate people. Done with Chipotle.

I think Chipotle management needs to pay attention to this franchise before they ruin their reputation. Been to many this is by very far the worse. The rice is consistently raw or undercooked, the staff is a bit dodgy and "selective" with their service. I gave it a shot because it's close but always walk out aggregated and displeased with my meal at home. Fire everyone and start over.

Got a big bowl of rice and 3 crumbs of dried and barely edible chicken . called the restaurant and the general manager was clear that he could not possibly care less. so, i paid 15 dollars for cold rice. Avoid this place. Lousy would be an improvement!

Your typical fast food joint. Guacamole is a little overpriced & sometimes doesn't look fresh. Food is usually fresh with some good diversity.

I ordered two meals through the ubereats app the Chipotle that fulfilled the order was located at 387 Smithtown Bypass in Hauppauge, NY. The order was placed at 5:35 pm coat $49 and arrived at 6:10 pm. When I opened the salads the guacamole resembled dog poop. I have eaten at various Chipotle's across the country and I have Never been served fresh guac that looked like this disgusting. My husband said he ate there a few weeks ago the vegan salad and got the runs very badly. If I had know this I would. not have ordered from this restaurant. Be careful which restaurant your order from on Uber Eats cause this chipotle's food is obviously not fresh!!
