UPDATE: Changing my service to one star, the owner commented below asking to email them and it's been months with no response. They are pretending to care when they really don't. This business deserves to fail

Brisket was disgusting. Cold, burnt to a crisp, tasted like cheap jerky. Very hard to bite into and chew, I was hoping it would be more tender. Extremely salty too and they gave you a few strips for +$20. Bread was not even buttered or garlic. Cookies were cold in prepackaged packs. I really lost respect for Muslim foodies when they decided to feature this place. It was really out of the way and I was completely scammed. The food legit tastes like someone microwaved it. We entered the Baldwin location around opening time and the server was kind enough to welcome us and give us free lemonade drinks. He encouraged us to mix them. I personally enjoyed the mango more. But that was the only redeemable feature of this place. Everything else was extremely poor quality. I suppose the barbecue sauce had an extra kick to the flavoring. But overall you're much better off just frying local meat from restaurant depot because this place should be ashamed for carrying Dickey's name. All these years I saw my non-Muslim friends eat at the chain restaurants and I've hoped to try it when there's a Halal option. What a complete joke. Waste of time and money. They open a bit earlier in the morning so was convenient to have a brunch first thing. Server was kind and courteous so the actual service wasn't bad per se it's just the food quality. Perhaps I should try Yoo Yoo's chicken instead, but anything from the Dickey's menu avoid at all costs!

Ordered online, 60$ worth of food. When we got to the store, the two people working there were rude and said they didn’t get our order and did not want to help us out. They didn’t even offer to make the food still. This order was through Google so there’s no way they don’t know their system doesn’t work. I’m sure this has happened to others as well. They shouldn’t have this ordering service from Google available if they know it doesn’t work.

Total scam, ordered online using dickys website for briskets and other foods, didn’t get the food and the guys in the shop name YoYo chicken said they dont have brisket and didn’t even bother to call us - Manager said he will return the money $166 to my account, almost 2 weeks now - didn’t get my money-

One of the worst places to go. The were out of food and as per the guy at the front they make it as people order which as per him stated can take two hours. Thats just retarded. This establishment wont last long. Very mismanaged place.

So ordered the 3 meat platter , brisket and sausages were good however chicken was cold dry. Loaded potatoes were good as well. Mac and cheese sucks there . Also the price to portion ratio isn’t right. Overall good but they need to serve the food hot.

Omar is a great dude! Brisket here is 10/10. No halal brisket restaurants exist in NY and this restaurant hits it out of the park with theirs. A must try. Service is amazing. Asked us multiple times for sauce to go. Staff is very attentive. Only con is seating area is not spacious. Will be a a repeat customer

Waited thirty minutes in the parking lot just for them to say they don’t take “online orders.” Horrible professionalism, very rude, and didn’t even have brisket or beef. I ordered in the app, then they tell us they don’t even take online orders from the app. They waited that long to tell us, just to then proceed to make the food and say they don’t have any of the meats. Don’t waste your time and money.
