First time at Duck Donuts today. There were so many choices! It took us a while to decide. Got 2 donuts and 2 breakfast sandwiches. And a frappe. Everything was so delicious! The guys behind the counter were really helpful (and patient). It was pretty cool watching them prepare your food while you wait. The donuts were warm and cooked perfectly! And the sandwiches were really good, especially with their maple drizzle on top. Highly recommended! And I will definitely be back.Kid-friendliness: They had little duck toys for the kids, which they loved.

Outstanding donuts. Seriously. Knowing almost nothing about it and walking in blind (girlfriend wanted donuts and we didn't want mundane Dunkin), we didn't know what to expect.We were greeted with an enthusiastic young man sporting menus with an extensive variety of donuts flavors, other desserts, and drinks. Everything made fresh to order. Prices were very reasonable and we enjoyed the experience.Dunkin Donuts is SO fired! This is our new go-to spot. Delicious. We didn't make it out of the parking lot before having a few.
Hands down way better than Dunkin. Their Bacon in the Sun was a extremely good donut. It’s so good I think I need to check myself into donut rehab, I just keep coming.

This location sucks. Ordered 3 donuts and a coffee. Donuts were made and still had to wait for my coffee. Ordered hot coffee and it was cold. Not cold brew just cold hot

My favorite, favorite spot to get donuts on Long Island. The donuts are always so cakey and delicious(if you like cakey donuts). The milkshakes are always very good. If you're looking for a spot to get sweet donuts and even a drink on the side, I recommend.

Went to this Duck Donuts and they had just closed. The two workers saw me and were kind enough to let me in to get a dozen donuts. They were so nice to me and to my two young sons. Their names were Anthony and Aiden. I definitely recommend this Duck Donuts!
Awesome customer service and the donuts were fresh and delicious. We even had their breakfast selections and it was delicious. This is definitely a place I will come in rotation. They have coffee, lattes, milk shakes and most importantly so many delicious donuts with add ons. Definitely a must!!!

So cool. You see them frosting and decorating each of your donuts right in front of you. Yes. They are pricy. But omg they are delicious. My son got a caramel frappe and my daughter got a birthday cake milkshake. Both we great as well. We have never been here before but the guy was so helpful and friendly. We don't have one close to us sadly...But the donuts are so freaking good, they are so soft.

Haven’t had ducks donuts in a few years and from I remember I always loved it. Until recently, all of my donuts were undercooked with raw dough in the center of every doughnut. This was a big let down since we traveled out of our way just to find this out when we go home. Will not be going here anymore.

I usually like this place but after ordering the holiday assortment I had two doughnuts the first one was great the second one had a weird taste to it. Then someone else in my household had another doughnut and was immediately grossed out by the taste. It was definitely the batter. I do not want a refund. I just wont go back. I told the person at this location it was almost like dog food or something and he told me "he do not believe it's true." please correct the issue or it will be more angry customers
