It's been two times now same location I put in a mobile order at 540 pm I take my break at 6 pm thats a 20 mins more than enough time to get order ready I get to the store at 608 order still not ready both times no customers in there why ain't my order ready definitely not getting my money again the guy working on the phone

There was a young gentleman working thursday i think he said his name was isaac, Wonderful kid helped me with everything and was very patient with me , got my food and drink fast during a rush. Amazing service

Went there today Indian worker very rude sne never gave me my sandwich went back to get it. She stated she handed to me and called me a liar they should know how to speak to her customer. She had no customer services skills that's why this place has 1 star u really need to get new staff HORRIBLE THE OLDER WORKERS THAT LEFT THEY WERE GOOD. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN !!!!

Service was very slow and didn't seem to be paying attention. Ordered a hot chocolate and received a coffee. When I said it was the wrong drink, they said I ordered coffee. I know for a fact that I didn't order coffee because I don't like the taste of coffee. Terrible.

The lady was really rude, When I was ordering my food, she left and returned, more than 5 minutes to order a latte and a bacon egg and cheese and the worst thing is that I was the only one in the place, very bad attention from that woman. She ended up leaving me because she went into the kitchen and didn't even let me finish my order. I went today Tuesday August 8 at 11:20. Don't go while shes there.
I really never thought that a Dunkin can get progressively worse with each visit, but this location is really horrible. Staff is rude, they don’t make anything correctly even when they try. How do you mess up a baconeggandcheese…………there’s no eggs in my sandwich ‼️? strawberry dragon lemonade refresher taste like water lemonade at best, water at a consistent basis. 0 out 5 stars if the option was there!
