We were there for an iftar party and these guys had no clue how to service their guests.Even though it was a buffet setting you have to provided with cold drinks and have a place where people can place their empty plates and cups.

I got takeout for my family on a friday and the food was amazing. I went to pick it up, and there wasn’t a crowd. I don’t think there were any customers at all which was surprising for me. The charsi goat karahi wasnt that good honestly but Im really used to home cooked food so that might be a big reason. The tikka boti, malai boti, seekh kababs were amazing. I think it would taste even better if I had eaten in and ate it fresh. They didnt have many sweets options at the time, only kheer which was a disappointment but overall I will definitely be having it again.Dietary restrictions: Halal food
Authentic Pakistani food. This restaurant has some delicious & tasty Goat Karahi & Chicken Karahi.Their Biryani has long grain Basmati rice that's cooked to perfection and tastes delicious.Naan is nicely freshly baked & compliments the dishes. Staff is friendly & caring.Parking: Free parking lot

I order food everyday from this restaurant spend around 40$ always have issues with the item sometimes they send me wrong food sometimes the whole item is missing and the NEW GUY WORKING AT COUNTER EVERYTIME I CALL HE IS VERY RUDE HE DON'T CARE IF YOUR FOOD IS WRONG OR MISSING HE NEVER PUT UTENSILS SPOON FORKS NAPPKINS IN THE ORDER EVEN I CALL HIM AND REQUEST I KNOW THE OWNER ALI BHAI AND ASIF BHAI ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE BUT THEY SHOULD TALK WITH THIS NEW GUY WORKING AT THE COUNTER TEACH HIM SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE

Just moved to Smithtown and a friend recommended. Went the first time. Ordered Okra and chicken tikka roll. Okra was a bad quality and couldn't chewed it. I have to keep throw it away. Very greecy.. Chicken tikka naan was cold . Not sure if other food on the menu will be good , but don’t eat these two items. Will not go again.Vegetarian options: Bad quality
I had seen good reviews about this place, so today at work I decided to order takeout by delivery. I was very disappointed with the rice. It did not seem fresh at all, and there were clumps. The amount of chicken to sauce was very ill-proportioned, wherein there was not enough chicken, especially for the price. I was especially appalled by the pockets of oil visible in the sauce, and the container was very messy (although wrapped in plastic wrap), overly filled with sauce, that got everywhere. The Naan bread was mediocre at best. I will not be going back. Unfortunately, I did not think of taking pictures at the time but you're not missing anything.... here's one of the leftover chicken. Oh and the containers were smaller than what you'd get for a Chinese combo lunch. I ordered the chicken and 2 Naan breads and it came to $19 before $5 tip (no delivery charge on this one). Thought I would have the 2nd Naan for the leftovers but I'm throwing it out. Smh

Great place , need to improve few thingsShould Try to bring customer’s whole order in one shot ..… should bring some raita , chatny etc with food .
They never bring the food to the table all together. Food is never fresh. Service is horrible and never on the floor, they are always in the kitchen and we waited for many minutes of we needed something. This happened at least 3 times. Food is never fresh. My son was vomiting all night and I had a severe stomach ache. Don’t walk, run away from this horrible infested place. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
