Second time this happened - roast beef hero so full of fat and gristle it can't even be eaten. And to add insult to that, I go in to pick up my online order, one guy was helping someone, fair enough, the other guy comes from the back when his bro dude walks in and starts taking his order for multiple sandwiches when I'm just standing there waiting to pick up a sandwich that's clearly sitting there behind the counter. He completely ignored me. I tried to give them another chance. I got a sandwich like this actually worse once before. Complain to the company and no one even bother to respond. Done.

I love jersey Mike's a touch more expensive than subway or the others but the quality isn't even close. I've frequented jersey Mike's at least 3 times a month for a few years now I have never once had a bad sandwich or experience. I grab the ultimate Italian giant size. 22 bucks. Big enough for 2 meals and im 5 foot 8 250. Go get you some.

Depends on which one you go to. The one we use is very nice and make a good hero. Been to other that just don't seem to care if you like the hero or not

They do it right every time

I ordered a buffalo chicken salad with extra meat from here and I’ve never been so disappointed in a meal I’ve got from Jersey Mikes. I asked for double meat, what I got wasn’t even enough to put in one of your subs, hardly any lettuce and meat.

Oh my God I just had the best Jersey Mike's Sandwich ever. They were nice enough to make it half and half I got a giant and they did half classic Pastrami and half Chipotle pastrami. The pastrami just melted in your mouth and the bread was so fresh like it just came out of the oven probably the best sandwich I've ever had. Kudos to everyone there. Excellent job everyone excellent job.

Beware my husband and I went to this location. I don’t know if I can even step foot into a Jersey Mike’s after this. It was so disgusting. There was an infestation of these red lantern bugs and when I say infestation, I mean hundreds, all outside in front of the store and there was at least 20 in the store. Crawling around I told the guy that worked there he said yeah we know, and the girl came over killed one and went back to the counter. They didn't sweep it up and they did nothing it was disgusting. We threw our food out and we left. I would never ever go to this establishment again. I’m a regular customer at Jersey Mike’s at least once a week after this I cant gross .this was at the new Happague location

I went after 7 years and the service is excellent... They are still the best. The location I visited is the one on Veterans Hwy.
