Jersey Mike's Subs

The staff here are always unpleasant, no matter the time of day. Never a hello, or have a good day, let alone a thank you. They act like you’re bothering them at their home. The toppings and portions are cheap and the staff get annoyed if you ask for more. The service reminds me of any subway franchise instead of the quality that Jersey Mike’s should be known for.

They're always out of stuff (i.e. bacon or rosemary parm bread) early like hours before they close.

Ordered online. Then waited 30 minutes after my pickup time. Horrible service.

I literally asked for my toppings in a bowl. This lady is asking me 10 times about what am I talking about. Then the lettuce is brown.
Doesn’t ask what I want in the bowl just starts putting things in the bowl. Then she takes the meat back out puts it on the dirty table. Puts it back in the bowl like it’s just one sandwich not rocket science ? All with an attitude. I ask if someone else can make it everyone is looking at me stupid ? Just don’t bother coming to this one .

Better than Subway

derick and Jackie were phenomenal with customer service. They made an amazing sandwich for me and solidified my love of Jersey Mike’s as the preeminent sandwich maker in America.

Their deli meats are chilled to perfection, and the fresh vegetables always taste crisp and very flavorful. There is both indoor and outdoor dining to enjoy that sub. Parking is not a problem.

Yesterday I went with my family to eat there, it was 8 at night, I looked for the closing time and on the door it says that the closing time is at nine. We were deciding what we are going to order and a girl who works there told us that they were cleaning that they were already closing in bad attitude bad service I went there because they had recommended it to me I will definitely not return

We love Jersey Mike's. The food is great, the bread is the best and the customer service is amazing. Our favorite is the Philly cheese steak and they have this new pepper sauce that you buy, by the jar! You have to try it, it's a combination of jalenpeno peppers and hot sauce, it's so good! You gotta try Jersey Mike's, you are gonna love it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
