The food itself is consistently good, but my recent experiences have been hit or miss. During my last few visits, the staff seemed rushed and somewhat rude, which may have been due to the crowd. I’ve also noticed that certain ingredients are frequently unavailable, regardless of when I come in. Additionally, I’ve ordered the same item three times and was charged different prices each time, which was confusing. Overall, it seems like better communication and consistency could really improve the experience. Because I do enjoy Just Salad I will try the Commack one next time.

Had an amazing experience at Just Salad. Alan and Erin were outstanding — they made great food, were incredibly friendly, and took the time to chat with customers. What really stood out was how kind they were to my 11-month-old daughter. That level of care and attention makes a big difference. Excellent service, great atmosphere, and delicious food. We’ll definitely be back!

The worst service I've ever had. Once, I never got my order delivered, and sometimes they give me my salad after an hour and a half. When I order for pickup, they give me a fake window frame. I usually wait another 30 to 45 minutes extra for them to prepare the salad. It's ridiculous.
I've been ordering from this location for awhile and at first, it was fine. Then, they started forgetting to add main ingredients to the bowl, like avocado (which is literally in the name of the bowl I usually order). And so I started going in person, thinking it would not be an issue but I just got home and checked, there is no avocado in my bowl again...it's just upsetting. Next time. I'll know to keep an eye when they put the food in the bowl. The food tastes great and is healthy, the workers are nice too but that's probably the only reason I keep going back. I put 2 stars because it's happened more than a few times, just please stop forgetting to put ingredients in the bowl.

I’m not really one to complain. But I drove 15 minutes from my house, mind you I was originally going to place a mobile order. To my surprise their closed at 752 PM. The website says open until 9. And the mobile app still states they’re open. From the photos you can see the time I took them. Hungry and disappointed as I come here a lot. I could see it being 845/830 even but over an hour early closing and I could see the workers inside still :/
Date of my visit was November 5th at 752pm. I did not place a mobile order. The photos have the time I took them attached. It’s the just salad. In hauppauge 410 motor parkway hauppauge 11788 , I’m unsure of the cross street but it is right next to the Starbucks and Jersey mikes

I ordered for delivery, and just salad had my order pending on 'preparing order for 2 and a half hours. I drive up there to pick up my order, which was SUPPOSED TO BE PICKED UP BY DOORDASH, and my food is just sitting there, not even on the pick-up table, sitting there around a whole bunch of other food being prepared with salad all over the place. The place is super dark and gloomy on the outside; it doesn't even look like it's open. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
