This is not traditional Chinese food. The newer cooking process (air frying) makes good food, but not batter than Chinese wok fried food. This place is expensive, not hard to be more than. $20 a person for basic dishes

I have been going to MOGU for almost a year now and have never had an issue with this place. You can order through their app, in a kiosk, or in person. I used to be able to order through the website but that stopped working recently so I use the app instead which I don't mind since it's actually more convenient.

Because this is near where I work, I prefer to put my order out quickly then get back to work before heading out during my lunch period so I don't waste any time in between. So far, this has always worked for me with MOGU. The food is always finished before the estimated time and it's always as good so I never have any complaints. It's why I tend to go to MOGU than any other store nearby as their estimated times have always been reliable so far.

When it's relatively busy during the lunch hour, there are still plenty of seats available so whether you want to quickly grab-and-go or eat there, you can choose whichever suits you.

The portion sizes are average. They're not so small that you want more but they're not so large that you're typically taking some food home. Since this place is going to be more expensive than a typical Chinese restaurant, I'd keep that into consideration.

In my case, MOGU fills a convenience need more than anything. It's nothing substantial or extraordinary but it is very close to work, I get my food on time and I enjoy it which is why I tend to come here several times a month.

First time and of course last time. I wasn’t expecting authentic Chinese food but this one wasn’t it. The egg rolls (chicken and pork) tasted like microwave, burned, and yesterday food.

Every time I get food from Mogu it has been a delightful experience. I use the app for all my orders and have to commend the team at ths location- following instructions - meticulously, evry time (for a span over a year now). I appreciate the consistency in taking care of customers with smile and welcoming attitude all the time .
As for the food - I have not gone wrong with anything I see on the menu. The fact that all items are air fired is making this indulgence not that guilty. If you love Chinese food, do try that one first before going to a regular Chinese place in Hauppauge.

The general manager feddy is a great guy.

So, I felt duped. I thought I would finally able to get some Chinese food but this was just sautéed stuff put in a plate. Beware of the egg rolls. There is one egg roll that has a Gluten-free symbol but it's just for the sauce that's served with the egg roll. The only appetizer you can choose is edamame. For entrée you choose the Mei Fun Noodles, Bang Bang Rice or Shrimp Farm Fresh Sauté Infusion. I chose to build my own entrée. The only sauce you can choose is sauté Infusion, a protein and a vegetable. I was not impressed. It was well seasoned but it was dry. It is served in a pint of rice but there was no sauce for it to soak up. My husband liked his food but I am never going back and I don't recommend if you are Gluten-free. Not to mention that the cashier was not friendly or helpful. She at least asked the manager for clarification so she didn't make me sick.
