Matt and Rafael are amazing ! They gave my son a toy when they seen he was sad. They’re amazing employees of McDonald’s being honest out of all the McDonald’s I e been to. They are very respectful to their customers and they deserve to be acknowledged by McDonald’s in some way or another. Very happy with what they’ve done.

My last visit to this Mickey D's was over a year ago, but this place was still pretty good. One of the things that sets me off about this place is that they don't have a single kiosk in sight. The one on Jericho Turnpike not too far from this one has kiosks and has always impressed. Despite the outdatedness, the food is still "muy delicioso" as any McDonald's location. If you're in a rush, and don't have the gas to go to the one on Jericho Turnpike, this is still a good location, designed like the 1970s/1980s. If you have kids with you, though, go to this one, or the one in Centereach near the Popeyes, because both of those locations have play areas. The one in Jericho does not. I'm thinking about going back to McDonald's, so I could possibly come back here if I'm in a hurry.

Wow they’re really slow, came for a small order they took like 10 mins just to make it really bad service, maybe the boss needs new people to really do they’re job as they should!!

First time at this location, and let me tell you the manager was out standing. Dealing w bratty teens isn't easy, not everyone is cut out to be patient and at the same time keep it cool to serve with a smile. I was an assistant teacher and I know that these teens were just pushing buttons. But he went above and beyond with his service. Thank you and when we are in your town again we will hopefully see you again. God bless.

This review comes after 6 years coming to this location. Doesn't matter if it's drive thru, dine in, mobile app, new staff, long time workers. They always find a way to ruin the fast food experience. They are extremely slow every single time, the order never comes right, they are always talking about their private lives while the food is ready to be handled to the customer. I don't understand how this location can be so bad. I rather drive 7 more minutes and go to St. James McDonald's. The restaurant is nice and clean and the workers are friendly.

Went to pick up my mobile order that my fiancé placed, paid for and everything, and got sent away.First, the woman at the drive thru was busy talking to someone about their days off, ignored me, asked if I was "John", then told me to just come right to the window.Second, she kept talking over me when I showed her that I have the extended order code, phone number linked to the account, and email. Didn't show any attempt to help resolve the situation, and just told me to cancel it.The app quite literally tells you to speak with someone and they'll help you get your order.My fiancé is sick and couldn't come with me to pick up the order; I guess it's an inconvenience to help a customer?
They are a friendly McDonald's and in a great location. The bathrooms need a little TLC.

This McDonalds closes earlier than the posted time. Not good business practice. This is the third time I’ve been to this McDonalds in the past year and they’re closed by 10:30pm even though the posted close time is 11pm.
