Service was very slow and unattentive. Wait staff were talking about co workers and cursing 2 ft from customers at the bar. I ordered a 44$ short rib meal that showed up cold. I ask for a side salad, it was plain Sprink mix and got charged 11$ should have just got the entree for 16. There was a horrible band playing during my meal but I was told it was from a horror convention they were hosting. If I'm paying 75$ for a bottle of wine and 44$ for an entree I expect more. Don't waste your time or money here.

Did not expect to have a great meal here, some reviews were less than stellar..BUT..we had dinner and lunch here and both were excellent! Charrie and Kevin, our servers went above and beyond as well. Highly recommend!

Ordered to-go so I could eat in my room. Food came out in about 20 minutes which was fine, and it wasn't the worst meal I've ever had but it certainly wasn't high-quality. $40 for a crispy half chicken with asparagus and potatoes and side salad. Side salad was very boring, asparagus and potatoes were over-steamed and not at all seasoned, and I'm pretty sure the chicken was rotisserie that was then deep-fried for crispiness - very over-cooked and the breast meat was incredibly dry

Sorry, weary travelers. No room service today. You have to go down to the restaurant and bring it back yourself for $300/night. And no staff here knows the correct hours- you’re made to wait all day to find out. Last night, one meal with a couple of drinks was approximately $150 and the salmon was as hard as a ROCK.
Good service, especially from Barbara. Food quality is great. Would recommend.

Can get busy especially when they have an event at the hotel, but the staff is hard working and accommodates everyone as best as they can. Typical prices for hotel food (read: a bit on the expensive side) and they have a limited menu - but where else are you going to go? Hamburger could stand to be cooked a bit more.
This place is excellent! Fair prices, big portions and the employees are constantly very kind.
Needed a late dinner after a concert. Menu was limited, but wings/calamari were great and service was excellent.
My friend and I ate here when we were waiting for a convention to begin. The food and service was decent, but the presentation was the best part! The small eating area with a bar and the quiet atmosphere was wonderful.

Nice place. I'm local here periodically and their food is fresh and delicious. The service could be a little better. But still worth the wait. Great Food.
Late evening service was mediocre at best. My cobb salad was delivered half prepared and I went through a series of requests to get a salad that was still less than worthy of its price.
We started with French onion soup and LI clam and corn chowder. These soups were both delicious. Shared a triple decker turkey sandwich which had guacamole as a nice addition. The mac’n cheese was very disappointing. It had 3 cheeses yet had no flavor. Best part was the crunchy on top.
Pretty bad dining experience. Ordered duck with chicken prep, and the 26oz porterhouse. Food runner arrived carrying chicken with duck prep, great. Sent back to have remade, after 30 more minutes of waiting manager arrived with new plates. Half a duck breast cut into pieces to make up for cook time, and no leg. Porterhouse was overcooked by this time, spent $75 to wait around for 2 hours. What a joke.
The food was pretty good during my stay at the Hyatt. I ate downstairs and also used room service. Thank you for everything
