For an established steak restaurant I have to say how disappointing this was - although the ambience is good the service was less than expected and the majority of the servers were very young and poorly trained. Having said that ... the food was great our steaks well prepared . There is an expectation of level of service you receive on long standing established steak restaurant and this wasn't it. We went to Paces to celebrate my wife's birthday. It turned out to be a great evening. The service was wonderful. We never felt rushed or neglected. The food was terrific as well. My son and I shared the porterhouse for two. It's was done to our liking and was absolutely delicious. My wife had the lamb chops, so tender and tasty. The sides were to die for. In short, a great evening was had by all.

Appetizer of bacon and kobe meatballs were food. The steaks ranging from filet to porterhouse of two were charred and dry. The steaks also lacked flavor!

It was our first time here. We were impressed that they read our request on our reservation and honored it. The ambiance was lovely and almost had a speakeasy feel. Their “ Apple cider”cocktails were yummy as was the gratis bread basket Onion soup was superb and the rib eye was out of this world!!! We had just missed. Spills cut of steak mAN wish it had been available !! This was a lovely delicious meal with cosy ambiance and excellent service all around ! Please let us know when you have spinalis

We arrived a few minutes early and were seated immediately. Alexandra and Will were our servers and they didn't disappoint! Our glasses stayed full, the table was consistently cleaned and cleared for each course. Very quiet, nice music, and a cozy atmosphere. This is why we come! The food as always top notch. The best steakhouse in Suffolk county and we will need to find more occasions to come other than our wedding anniversary!
