They make the best Sicilian pie. At least they did several years ago. Thick and AIRY puffy crust the way it should be. When you bite it, it is crispy and not rubbery. And they don't BURN their pies. If people want their pizza brown, they should heat it back up in their ovens at home. A quality and proper pizza is LIGHT BAKED. Mootzarella (mozzarella) should remain WHITE after baking and just melted. No brown on the cheese. That is how you do it. I'm Sicilian...
This place is awesome! Food is delicious, place is immaculately clean and they are super nice! What more could you ask for? Try their breakfast pizza - yup that’s right… BREAKFAST PIZZA! It is addictive!
The pizza would be good if it wasn’t constantly under cooked. You ask them for well done and the lady doesn’t listen. The pizza is handed to you so undercooked that you can see the congealed cheese from sitting around all day. Terrible.
