I don't live in the area but have seen this place and decided to stop early yesterday morning and give the place a try and Wow this place is great the service from the two young girls was fabulous. The place was clean and my smoothie was great I will be back..

Went in yesterday morning for an acai bowl and was very dissapointed with the portions , been to other sobols and they provided me with more , the employees there were rude and not welcoming at all. Dissapointed overall

I always go to This particular So-Bol they are always wonderful. I had a little hiccup with them and they actually did a very sweet thing for me considering I was recently in a car accident & this is my Base Nutrition. I was to thank THANK YOU TO Kyssa a very very sweet woman. And the ONLY one to write back. Thank you! I am very impressed. And I will recommend to you everyone well wanted to post the picture but wont let me for spme reason. . But they gave me a $30 Gift Car for My smoothies. & Said Feel better. I appreciated that so much. As i cant afford alot as a single Autism mom and had a donations up but didnt do so well. Thank you again So-Bol & Kyssa Xo

I used to love it there then the whole experience changed. Very long story try to be short. I was in a VERY bad car accident. The smoothie were pretty much my only Nutrition. I had ppl picking it up for me as I couldn't any longer & car was totaled. I then one day received a very bad smoothie & then again & again I called & told them this like them 5th time they did nothing so I left a review. The "Owner" reached out. I thought that was decent.But who knows if it was the owner it's a generic message I see that's written to everyone. And any email I write back is saying we'll get back. Like they are sooo bust when this was the 31st of May. Very disappointed. I stopped this location. Actually started making my own smoothie just like the Spirilina.Would've GLADLY paid the over 20$ with everything I had put in it plus sometimes Door Dashed it when I live not even 3 minutes from the Hauppauge location. But when your hurt, can't drive & need for Nutrition you have no choice. Plus this part of donation funds. Otherwise I could not as a single mom.So thanks alot So Bol.

My friend and I ordered a açai bowl and first thing, the girl in the cashier was definitely not friendly, looks like she doesn't wanna work. When we ordered we told them a LITTLE BIT OF GRANOLA. They gave us our order and the bowl had more granola than açai. We went back there to ask why there was so much granola and she rolled her eyes began to give us so much attitude. She said thar was they way they make it. However, we have been to so many different locations and there is never so much granola. She didn't want to help us. Began to make faces and act disrespectful. I will never go back again. Horrible service

The staff is so so sweet and always helpful! I alerted the girls of my allergies and they were so good at ensuring all was safe for me! Double checking the ingredients and ensuring bowls can go in the same bags, so smart to think of! Plus, I love the food
Dietary restrictions: Always acknowledging and ensuring allergies and restrictions are taken seriously! Love it

I have gotten acai bowls from multiple sobol locations and they are all good but this location always has the worst fruit. I mean the soggiest starwberrys every time. Very disappointing when they are not the cheapest.
I like sobol a lot and i do go there frequently but it says everywhere that they are open till 8pm 7 days a week: instagram, website, google, and the door. I went there today to get a bowl at 6:55 and the door was closed and locked but the door says open till 8 and the sign that says open was lit up. i called and they said they close at 7 sunday- thursday. This should be fixed on every website/ social media/ the door because people will show up and they will be closed/ closing :(

I just devoured the Cookie Butter Pumpkin Spice Waffle. The melted cookie butter looked and tasted like caramel, but there was no caramel in there, according to the server.The waffle was dessert-gasmic! It certainly satisfied my sweet tooth. I want to order one again soon!

I was so excited to go and try the açaí bowl, the original one. It was not good at all! My friends mango bowl, as was told to me was delicious. That’s the only reason it gets 2 ⭐️. The young girls working there weren’t very friendly to myself and my friend ??♀️. I won’t be going back again!

I just bought a $14 smoothie. I was given a paper straw. When I tried the paper straw it would not draw the smoothie. When I asked for a plastic straw I was told “ they only have paper”. Well I went there yesterday for the same smoothie and you gave me a plastic straw. I was given another paper straw that again didn’t work. If paper straws are a must, get ones that work with the product you sell. Maybe test it out yourself. I’m so tired of how this business constantly puts children in place of management
