I visited the Starbucks at 410 Motor Parkway in Hauppauge, and the customer service was disappointing. Despite there being three staff members available, none of them greeted me as I stood at the counter for two minutes. The lack of attentiveness and concern for customers was evident. As a result, I decided to walk out. I hope the store management addresses this issue to improve their customer service in the future.

Absolutely love the new location. With someone like me, very particulat about my coffee, they always make me feel comfortable and welcome to order anyway I please. Even if there is a misunderstanding, always offer to remake and just always very friendly and accommodating. Greatly appreciate you guys because my coffee is so very important to my daily functioning 🤣🤣🤣

Popped in here before heading to a job interview and was very happy with the service I got. There was only one person working the front but she was extremely kind and friendly. Store was not very busy since I assume not everyone knows they've opened. Coffee was great, not too sweet, and very smooth. If I'm in the area I'll definitely swing by again. Plenty of parking as well.
