Tried calling in an order for an egg sandwich on 11-9-24 at 12:15 and was greeted by a rude nasty lady who clearly needed a hearing aid. I will tell everyone I know not to go here .

Good Bagels, always make it a priority to stop in and grab a sandwich before heading to the beach

Just the worst bagel place ever, not by quality of bagel, but by staff. Those girls are always fighting with each other, ignoring customers, being extremely rude when they do finally decide to help you and slow scan be. 10 minutes for a toasted buttered bagel. Why, because girl who took order disappeared in back while the bagel sat ready to be buttered on the toaster. What a shame, being new to area I thought I found a convenient bagel place, could not be more wrong. Clean house with the staff shop owner, I'd bet you will see a big difference in business. They are heavy anchors weighing you down.

I'm in Hauppauge for work and tried this place. We loved our bagels (a sesame with cream cheese and an everything bagel with lox). Someone that doesn't like smoked salmon even loved it. Everything tasted fresh and the quality was good. Service was good as well. We wanted to bring some bagels back with us but they opened a little later on Sundays than we realized so we didn't get to. I'll definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again.

People has attitudes and believe treat customer in certain ways. Not recommended. Bad customer service , I could give 0 starts if possible. Waste of time.

Terrible service .. waited 15 minutes for scrambled eggs and toast .. and I was the only customer there .. the deli next door is the place to go // and I didn’t ask for well done home fries .. but what I did notice was a gathering of employees eating over the woman preparing my food .. you can see it from the door .. the woman even asked can I help you when she noticed me recording .. I should have read the reviews before .. ps frozen potatoes aren’t fresh ..

Love love love this bagel store. They have good food, great prices, and the best staff working there. I go there every morning for breakfast. French toast is my favorite.

I love bagels, and my ice coffee in the morning. Found this place when I had a meeting @ bank down the road for real estate agents. The place was clean and the service was quick.

I'm on the phone today to make a simple breakfast order as soon as I answer they say to wait i do for 2 min then they come back on, I make my order, a simple breakfast order, and when I ask how much it is, they put me on hold for 3 min again. EXTREMELEY unprofessional. New Deli check!

Absolute worst bagel shop on the island by far!!!!!! Nothing is of good quality and when you have a problem with the food they tell you go elsewhere instead of admitting they are trash at taking orders, unless you like food that feels like it’s straight out the fridge do not go here, they give Long Island BEC a bad rep!!
