Ordered delivery from Tim Hortons. Delivery took awhile (not the restaurants fault) and was very happy the food was warm and coffee hot! Nobody beats their prices or their delicious coffee in my opinion and happy the chain finally came to Long Island!

This was my first time going to Tim Hortons. Wanted to check it out and eat food and buy a lot of donuts. Soon as I walked in, I was met with the smell of toilet. The toilet smell lingered in the whole restaurant. Disgusting. Look at the donuts had a small variety of donuts. I asked the person what’s inside of them because the sign saying and just like the sign didn’t say she doesn’t say either. She said she has no idea and I walked out.

I ordered the halloween bucket online and when I get there they tell me they don't have it. I said then refund it and the girl says you do it on the app. Well no place to refund on app. I email the customer service and they tell me they don't refund and they will have the owner contact me. I received no phone call and emailed customer service again and still nothing and out $10.99. They won't see me again. I would stop every morning before work but you just lost a customer.

I just bought hot coffee and they gave me iced coffee as if it were ice coffee. I don't recommend it at all.

Customer service is garbage. Don't even bother ordering on the app when it's anywhere near closing time. Ive placed an order multiple times in the past an hr before closing...only to arrive at the store and get ignored at the speaker when the workers are clearly inside and took it upon themselves to close early. Change your hours or turn off mobile ordering if you refuse to serve customers a full hour before your posted closing time. They don't even properly make the drinks, god forbid they take an extra 30 seconds to properly mix the drink. This place is only good for their donuts in the event you actually get a fresh one. It's a shame because Tim Hortons is great, this location just needs proper staff.

I used to go DD but they are soo expensive but since I start go to Tim Horton Rosaura make my Coffee ☕️ very delicious I loved it and I always get cheap coffee and donuts from the App, Thank you Rosaura who help to customers.keep it up your hard work ❤️

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service was just as bad as their donuts. I ordered tim bites and pastry, the donuts looked like someone was eating it and the pastry was cold they didn't even try to warm it. The young lady who was giving me my food looked like she didn't want to be there. She never said hi or have a good day. On the outside looking in you think you would walk into this shop and be wowed but I was disappointed that I spent $10 for bad food and customers service. Your employees will be the reason this company fails.

Staff here are rude and cater to their own I ordered a simple sandwich and a coffee myself a non Hispanic person was rushed to order and step a side a Hispanic woman came in right behind me ordered 4 sandwiches and not only got all her items immediately before mine but was greeted with a smile and conversation and was served promptly I waited about 15 minutes after I saw the other woman receive her items before me I asked about my order and she angrily said you have to wait it’s coming if it wasn’t for the new kid on the register already having a hard time I would’ve just gotten my refund and left. rude and unwelcoming
So I came in expecting to eat my donut in peace. Out comes this homeless man saying he just shat his pants, goes to the counter and grabs a bunch of napkins. I demand satisfaction! Instead I got a homeless man who shat his pants leaving stains on the floor and door knob. What the heck man? Is this how Jesus tests me?

The service was okay but the food was sloppy. Very greasy both the bacon, egg sandwich as well the sausage egg and cheese muffin. The sausage was in-cooked. I got the runs after eating their food.
