This was my first trip to a Tim Hortons. I had high hopes which were dashed early. My husband had coffee which was fine. I had hot chocolate which was just okay. The donuts were the low point. Looked good and tasted like they were made of wood shavings and glue. It was a real disappointment. Bright spot was the cashier and server. She was welcoming and enthusiastic.

I order on uber eats they forgot my iced frap, So I ordered again while they gave me my drink but with no whip cream because I put in the comment your forgot my drink so i had to order again. This is not good customer service, I shouldn’t have to order twice, and they mess up both times. It’s Absolutely ridiculous!

I was going here and buying two iced capps every time last time I went my 2 drinks were mad with any espresso flavor the drink Was so light and I added espresso shot extra total rip deff didn’t get the extra shot I paid for will not be returning

They never have any help and are always different people working. Best of all they send a concerning generic auto reply to my review. Where it takes me to order food page

I come through the drive thru in the morning very frequently, and the girls that take my order are fast and kind. Recently they haven’t been there and the lady that’s there not kind and very slow. I ordered my food only for it to come out cold. Spent 10 minutes just waiting for a drink and a sandwich. Ridiculous. They need to bring those 2 girls back

Tim Horton walking on old Nichols rd and rte 495 n service islandia walked in 2x 2nd time waited to place order ignored said wanted to place order still ignored So I said are you taking my order he decided to clean instead of helping so got mad walk out know the corp owner in another site drives a corvette owns many sites He is Egyptian American. 3rd time tried to get breakfast same person fixed his own tea drink no customers waited . He still didnt take order. Walked out so placing this as to get it corrected or fire him. So video of store. Proof of my visit at 635 am prior 1st time no issue with girl.
Overpriced, bitter and I mean, bitter coffee. I got the dark roast the aftertaste and the bitterness is absolutely appalling. I throw it out. I couldn’t even drink it. I can’t believe they charged more for a small coffee than Starbucks charges for a grande. This is hands-down, the worst coffee I’ve ever had

I love Tim hortons but the staff on this store keeps getting worst , the service sucks they never have bread for their sandwiches, the kids they hire have no people skills , every week is new people at window that have no clue what are they doing or what costumer service is

Horrible I stop at gas station next door everyday from the first day I walked into this coffee shop they and let me say this the workers are lazy and don't know anything my so I was purchasing coffee there but the coffee was scorching hot and Horrible taste nothing was put into it that I asked for I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they just look at me no words nothing really I never leave bad reviews but this store really needs to shapen up and find people that want to work

Update, I said something to manager they were open on time once then the next time I came back “oh we open sometimes 5 sometimes 5:30” this is bad business people expect a place to be open they should be open not “sometimes” how is a place ran like this? In there defense they let me in but come on why should I have to knock on the door and get a song and a dance to eat breakfast it’s bad enough I have to work a Sunday as is. Get your business in check!!!!
