I went to this place like three weeks ago for curbside pick up! I waited like more than 20mins outside sitting in my car and my order never came out so I had to go inside and tell the employees about my order just to find out my order was sitting on their counter behind the register during the entire time! Employees never apologized instead I got an attitude after they hand over my order never coming to this place ever again!! Very unprofessional and rude. At least they should’ve called me letting me know that they didn’t have enough staff to do curbside pick up but instead they made me wait and still give me an attitude after waiting for so long for my order!

I love a good smoothie, but I hate an unkept location. I ordered on the app, food was ready on time but I had to ask for it. The drinks where behind the counter versus on the pickup section. I would love to see the exterior look like the owner cares about it's appearance. I haven't been there in awhile and was shocked that it hasn't changed at all.

So I ordered curbside and I waited in the lot for 25 mins. I’m usually very patient but seeing cars pull up and leave before me just defeats the purpose of the convenience of curbside. Now had I not just sprained my ankle on my overnight shift I would’ve just went inside to begin with. To add insult to injury the cashier clerk says sorry and hands me my order that was sitting on the shelf. Horrible service. I will not be coming to this location ever again.

Brittney always helps me in the morning, I’m usually undecided so she picks out my smoothie. One time someone messed up on my food & she fixed it with no problem, I just adore her & had to tip for that ! Mornings can be brutal but she’s really helpful.

I order way ahead of time, just a smoothie. When I arrive to the store I proceed to the counter for the man to tell me it’s being made next. I watch 4 customers walk in and order and pick up before receiving my order. Highly up set at that. The man who took my order went straight to lunch after telling me it’s next. Overall a highly disappointing customer experience for me. No way am online order should take 30 mins in total. I had to sit and wait super long while others receivers their orders. I had to walk up to the counter and ask 3 times for my order that’s been paid for. PLEASE DO BETTTER!!!
