I’ve given this Wendy’s way too many chances and every time they mess something up. One time I was served undercooked chicken and ended up getting sick after eating it. I honestly should’ve stopped going after that, but I tried to give them another shot.
On my most recent visit, I ordered a BLT crispy chicken sandwich, and instead they gave me a junior bacon cheeseburger… a completely different item. This isn’t the first time they’ve mixed up my order either.
To make it worse, when I pulled up to the window, the staff didn’t say anything to me at all. The worker opened the window, handed me the bag without a word, and just shut it again. No greeting, no confirmation, nothing.
Between the wrong orders, undercooked food, and rude service, I’m officially done with Wendys. This was my last visit.

Has coupon for free nuggets on app. Pulled up, told them I had coupon. Got charged and no big deal, just asked them to remove the charge. Told me I should’ve gave them the code before paying next time and tried saying they couldn’t refund me. They did but the attitude wasn’t needed

Simple, clean is meh, service is depends on the hour of day, otherwise mornings are peaceful and so it afternoon but night is chaotic and I feel the staff are annoyed Im there. I hate to say this I try to understand that staff is overwhelmed or stressed but it was like I can be the only car n there snippy I gave the 4 star due to the fact it's the day and afternoon everyone is good but night is the opposite of those times otherwise, food been a bit ok then some Wendy's I've had hence the 4 stars too
Went through the drive through and they didn't tell me that the items I bought were on special. They charged me the original price

i put in a mobile order for 2 salads. when i arrived, i was told to park to the side and wait for my food to be brought to me. i waited for about 10-12 minutes and decided to go back into the drive thru. the same person that told me to wait, hands the food and asks why i waited for so long and proceeds to shut the window. perhaps i misunderstood, but it felt like a ridicule after having to wait.

I came in and ordered 30 frostys for my students. When my order came out there were only 25 and they charged me for 25 be the cashier had missed the last 5 chocolate (no big deal) i requested some help since they were not busy and it is extremely hot outside. I was declined help to my car. 0/10 would not patron again. The can not follow instructions and zero hospitality.

The food is decent, although I have had many times where food was either cold, they upgraded my order without permission and then charged me for the upgrade, and/or even though I repeated my order several times for them they would still not prepare the food correctly
