Went through the drive through and they didn't tell me that the items I bought were on special. They charged me the original price

i put in a mobile order for 2 salads. when i arrived, i was told to park to the side and wait for my food to be brought to me. i waited for about 10-12 minutes and decided to go back into the drive thru. the same person that told me to wait, hands the food and asks why i waited for so long and proceeds to shut the window. perhaps i misunderstood, but it felt like a ridicule after having to wait.

I came in and ordered 30 frostys for my students. When my order came out there were only 25 and they charged me for 25 be the cashier had missed the last 5 chocolate (no big deal) i requested some help since they were not busy and it is extremely hot outside. I was declined help to my car. 0/10 would not patron again. The can not follow instructions and zero hospitality.

The food is decent, although I have had many times where food was either cold, they upgraded my order without permission and then charged me for the upgrade, and/or even though I repeated my order several times for them they would still not prepare the food correctly

Honestly the foods ok it's getting my simple order correct. I order a wrap combo and nuggets what do I get 2 fries no nuggets. But they gave me nuggets sauce. Use your brains people

Today 5/11/25 I had the most Horrible experience. Not only did the manager who was taking our order have the nastiest attitude but I ordered a breakfast sandwich that they did not put it in the bag. So I went back inside they handed me a sandwich and I left to the car. when I opened the sandwich it was absolutely not what I ordered it was a burger with an egg in it when i came at breakfast time. I go back in to get the sandwich I ordered but they said “we don’t have breakfast anymore” it’s such bs that they messed up my order not just once but twice. Then they tried to get me to get a different order when I haven’t had breakfast it’s 10:30 am what do you mean it’s still not breakfast time. Ridiculous.
They forgot my extra patty
Late night blonde manager is extremely rude. Second time with an issue at this Wendy's and each time the manager snaps back like as if it was my fault.
1st time was because the intercom wasn't working and she got pissed at me.
2nd time they forgot my burger in my bag and questioned me when I went inside. Asking me where I came from. Look at the damn receipt. I came from the God damn drive through.
Will not be returning.

evil customer service I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up the person there told me that he couldn't give me the order because he needed to see the application, I took a screenshot of my order and the code how am I going to create an order, they waste my time if they don't have the spirit of service better than dedicating oneself to something else

That lady on the register very nasty very rude my husband doesn't speak English nd didn't know Uber pick up was inside i was on the phone the whole time if you dont like your job ask to get moved stop being nasty with your paying customers you get paided to try to be nice and bring more customers not push them away
My husband and I were shocked and disappointed by the utterly unprofessional demeanor of one employee, who engaged in a heated and aggressive exchange with my husband, leaving a lasting negative impression.! Never again will I ever be back there worst customer service
Lady at drive thru taking orders had nasty impatient condescending attitude. If this is the standard for hiring you should probably go to Burger King.

please update the hours.. went at 1am and the wendy’s delivery man told me they’ve been closed since 11:30 even though online it says 7am-2am
