we went to the Mt Pocono location tonight had BBQ and Garlic parm wings and Cheese Fries and the wings were actually really good
to whomever reads this DONT EAT FOOD FROM STORE #2838 BECAUSE THEIR STAFF IS RUDE, IGNORANT AND THEY DON'T TAKE THE NECESSARY SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ON SERVICE OR WHEN THEY PREPARE THEIR FOOD AND THE STAFF DON'T SHOW ANY REPSECT FOR PEOPLE'S ORDERS OR THEIR TIME THEY WAITED FOR THEIR FOOD. ALSO MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE BECAUSE WHEN ASKED FOR HE IS HIDDEN AWAY OR ON THE PHONE TEXTING AND LETTING WORKERS WALK OFF THE LINE WHILE THEY ARE ALSO AND THE PHONE WHEN THEY SUPPOSE TO BE WORKING ON THE FOOD OR THE REGISTER. I REPEAT DON'T EAT THERE.

The staff is incredibly kind and communicative, even on busy days. Once an employee ran out because I had forgotten my fries, and each time I have been to this Wingstop workers always provide an enthusiastic welcome. Overall, an above and beyond Wingstop experience. Sorry for ordering 40 cajun corn by the way, appreciate u guys xx ❤️

Ordered a very large order for a birthday party the night before. Customer service was amazing, they made sure we knew exactly what we were getting and got what we wanted. When picking up next day order was ready ahead of schedule and staff was super friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend for another party. If the owner sees this, give your staff a raise they’ve earned it.

**Wingstop Review: Katy Mills Location (Katy, Texas) Frustrating Experience** I want my refund. I recently ordered from Wingstop, and my experience was far from what I expected. After placing my order, I waited for two whole hours only to find out that it was canceled. I tried calling the store for clarification, and while the employee I spoke to was polite and did his best to assist me, unfortunately, the language barrier made the conversation quite ineffective. To make matters worse, there was no manager on-site to help with the situation or to process my refund on the spot. Instead, I was left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied as I was told I would have to "trust" that my refund would be taken care of. This lack of accountability is simply unacceptable, and it's disheartening to see a company fall short on customer service. I hope they can improve their communication and refund process moving forward. Until then, I’ll stay away from this location. Managers need to add more support for their team as they are not empowered to handle these situations.
Extremely messy and always over seasoned. The bottom of my sandwiches were soaked.
DO NOT COME HERE. this is the worst wingstop ever. I ordered online and when I went to pick up, 3 different people told me they didn’t have my order. I showed them the confirmation and they had me standing around for half an hour. turns out my order was sitting there ready the entire time.

We order two of the packages with boneless and bone in, french fries, corn and drinks. Everything was good. The corn had way to much spices on it, could hardly eat. Service was good and workers were friendly.

I’m very disappointed that the owner continues to employ staff who repeatedly make mistakes. It’s one thing to make an error once, but making multiple mistakes—especially when paying extra—is unacceptable. I urge the owner to hire employees who can accurately process and articulate online orders. I’m furious that I spent $41 on a non-combo meal and didn’t receive my entire order. This is extremely frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The picture shows what I actually received. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with Hector, who informed me that my order was still at the restaurant and that the delivery driver had given the wrong order. ORDERED 10PCS ALLL FATS HOT HONEY RUB AND CAJUN WITH LARGE SEASON FRIES.

Great food and pricing. Ordered online and picked up at the Hauppage location. First time, they forgot my fries. The second time, they forgot the dipping sauce. The third time, I waited patiently behind two people. Only for the employee to skip over me and ask to help the lady 2 people behind me, then she asked the gentleman right behind me. Then she rolled her eyes when I starred at her like she was an idiot. I guess this is what happens when a bunch of kids run the place. Smh.
Maybe I'll let my 12yo daughter walk in next time. Lol

I ordered 6 piece bone in, mild sauce it took them 35 mins to make them and when I got them they were swimming in oil and had no sauce when I went to the front to tell them they told me if I wanted sauce in them I had to pay EXTRA?WTFFFFF NEVER COMING BACK, and the music was sooooo loud I couldn’t even heard myself think ???️, the pic is from my bfs order
