I come here all the time for my kids. Just make sure you check your bag before you leave because they forgot a large fry today which was very frustrating because I had to drive all the way back during rush-hour in the traffic. I go there to get my food Because they replaced the whole order, I just had to bring all the food back and they put a small fry instead of a large fry in my bag again!!! If you know, I’m coming to pick up food because you forgot my large fry, wouldn’t you make it perfect this time around? Nope. The manager is giving me a store credit of one large fry when I come back it’s just the inconvenience and how can you mess up after correcting my order the first time? I don’t know who keeps messing up today but this is ridiculous….

It’s truly unfortunate that I see or have read negative reviews for this location for one did not experience this at all. The staff was very friendly especially Jacqueline. She was Very helpful on helping me choose items from the menu and she was also very patient My food came out great well cooked. I will definitely be going back there again.

What a gross experience @wingstop has become. The restaurants are NASTY inside and the fries are HORRID. Bring back the OG fries!!! The Belmead, TX location is a mess, the manager doesn't care, the soda machine didn't have any sodas available. There was trash everywhere and the floors were a mess.

Wingstop near me recently changed to non fresh cut cheap hard fries for the same price. Disappointing. Saving money on fries will make them lose customers. Overcooked fries are not a value add

Jade at Wingstop Metrocentre is a poor example of how a manager should handle a situation.
I honestly can’t believe the way I was treated at Wingstop in the Metrocentre. I had just stepped away to use the toilet for a minute, and when I came back, one of the staff had thrown away my drink and the salt I had brought with me.
I was upset, of course, but all I wanted was a simple apology. Instead, the manager (Jade) started talking at me in an aggressive and disrespectful way — staring at my face while speaking to me like I had done something wrong. It felt more like I was being attacked than listened to.
This is not how customers should be treated, especially by someone in a management role. If this is how the shop is run, I really feel sorry for anyone else who has to deal with this kind of attitude.
Some basic customer service training is badly needed here — or at least some respect.

for the North Myrtle Beach location. We went in last night trying to pick food up for the kids. First off the store was filthy. The tables were nasty and the drink counter was soggy and full of garbage. We waited for our food for 40 minutes and still wasn't ready. So we asked for a refund and the manager refused! She said she was too busy with inventory to worry about giving us a refund. I told her we had been waiting near an hour and we needed to get the refund so we can leave. She said nope and if we wanted it we would have to wait longer and she WALKED AWAY!!!! Are you kidding me ?... never had it ever seen such poor management skills .... and I would know I am a manager in a retail store. We kept sending her employees to go retrieve her and she refused to come out. It would have taken all of 2 minutes or less to issue the refund and move on. After constant back and forth she finally came out and gave us the refund but by this time it was well over an hour.
I do not recommend this place to anybody!!!!! I dont see how they can stay in business. That woman has no business being in charge of anything.

The staff is incredibly kind and communicative, even on busy days. Once an employee ran out because I had forgotten my fries, and each time I have been to this Wingstop workers always provide an enthusiastic welcome. Overall, an above and beyond Wingstop experience. Sorry for ordering 40 cajun corn by the way, appreciate u guys xx ❤️
