From the moment you step in, you know this boba shop is special. The staff are so welcoming, and their Iced Strawberry Matcha Oat Milk Tea is a must-try – perfectly balanced and fresh, with wonderfully chewy boba. The cleanliness of the shop is also incredibly impressive.

So the lady in there is essentially rude, I asked her how to do I become a member and received backlash, I was nothing but kind to her
She also made my boba tea wrong and instead of getting a caramel brûlée I got an ice coffee honestly this location is a joke and I would recommend going elsewhere

If I could rate them 100/10 I would! I ordered through uber eats as I have 2 injured wrists and can't drive and the Driver forgot to grab my whole order. We received the drinks but not the croffles we ordered and the workers there called and Offered to PERSONALLY bring us the rest of our order which they did not have to! Within 10min they not only personally brought our croffles but gave us a free cookie jar!! Incredibly kind and amazing staff. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care off!! No way did they have to do anything of the sorts but they went above and beyond!! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience !

So, lately, I've been to this nice cafe three times already. My first time, I didn't get the chance to actually enjoy food, so today I ordered from door dash and I wanted my coworkers to try it out as well. Yesterday, I was obsessed with the craffle I had purchased on my own. I had to try another one today! Everything was amazing, except one of my coworkers didn't receive her craffle. It was a very upsetting situation. I did get a refund, and split up my craffle with her. I just wanted them to experience it as I did. That is the downfall of ordering through doordash because yesterday, I enjoyed the little setup and sat through the whole experience of waiting with my son. They were very different situations. I would 100% recommend their menu to anybody especially the craffle and boba drinks. First time trying both at YAAAS. I really think the creator of this company really put her heart into each product and I applaud her for that.
