We had a awesome server named Matt who took very good care of us, didnt rush, kind and very sharp with orders! Food was good and atmosfear was good.

Absolutely incompetent service and terrible food at Applebee's on Saw Mill River Road. Served appetizers without utensils or napkins. 45 minutes to get silverware. Place was not busy. Management was HORRIBLE. Order received incorrect and incomplete. NO WATER REFILLS EITHER. Drunk table behind us completed our evening. Avoid at all costs! Never again!

Have eaten here several times over the last 10 years. All good. Fast service. The Applebee's menu is extensive with plenty of choices. Mostly a diner style menu.

Caitlyn was my server, she is a fantastic and welcoming server. She brought me to my table quickly and sat down with me to help with the menu. She’s warm and approachable and I had a great time. I’ll for sure come back again. Oh and Jess helped with the greeting and food. I even got to meet Richard the manager. Truly love the vibe here. I hope nothing changes.

I asked the waiter 3 times for lemon for my water. He said yes all 3 times then never brought it! I had to go up to the bar and ask for it. All pieces of lemon were dried out and one piece was rotted! The food took forever to come out and they weren't busy. Their prices are ridiculous too. Also, there was no soap in the lady's bathroom. I hope the waiter liked his 10% tip! I always over tip but not today. He pissed us off. I'll never go back there.

The kitchen is so slow here, I’m starting to think Spencer Rattler is the one cooking. Maybe they should bring in someone faster!

Food was okay just as expected from an Applebees. I went with family so that’s always a good time. I know this might not be a big deal but it was kinda chilly outside but they have metal chairs outside lol I had to put napkins down.

Waited over 30 minutes without anyone attending to us—even with the menu in hand. A simple “sorry” doesn’t fix poor service.

I had a. Great bacon burger that was extremely tasty 😋. There wasn't a lot of people eating lunch when I got there. The staff was friendly and helpful in getting water for me. The restaurant is clean. I've been to there a few times and each time I've never had a bad experience. Yeah I'll go back to Applebee's again
