Sesame noodles was just spaghetti with gloppy gravy. No spice. Barely any sesame flavor. Hot and sour soup was watery and not spicy at all.

I have ordered food several times from this place, and I was always absolutely satisfied with all my order !!! The dumplings are delicious, I highly recommend them, noodles with beef, broccoli with shrimp, everything is delicious.I really like the service.

Recent order was not up to their usual quality. General Tso's chicken was overcooked and too tough to eat. It was a delivery order so couldn't send it back. Other items were fine. Perhaps cook was distracted. Will give them another chance but will limit to vegetable dishes.
Food ia very good but do NOT order off their website. My card has had nothing but fraud since I used it and it was the only place all week I used my card

Their wonton soup is by far the BEST wonton soup I have ever had! And I am a 49 year old gal who has consumed a lot of Chinese food in my time! I was going to say it is the best soup in Westchester, but honestly, I think it's the best out of everywhere!!! I hate when I order soup and it is bland, dull, boring. But not this soup from Empire - full of flavor, savory and delicious!!! The rest of their food is great too, but the soup?? Ten out of ten!
