Tramonto Restaurant

We chose this restaurant for Valentine’s Day expecting a special experience given the high-priced menu, but it was disappointing. Our salads were forgotten for about 45 minutes while other tables were served, and servers repeatedly passed by without noticing. By the time the salad arrived, I was already eating my steak, which was getting cold and ruined the flow of the meal.

The manager apologized and brought an extra dessert, but it was extremely sweet and high in carbs. My husband is prediabetic, so we couldn’t eat it and it went to waste. The food quality is good, but the service was disorganized and inattentive. We won’t be returning.

We chose this restaurant for Valentine’s Day expecting a special evening, especially given the exorbitant prices for the holiday menu. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.

Our salads never arrived, and we waited nearly an hour before our entrées were brought out. Meanwhile, we watched other tables receive their salads first as expected. It was clear our order had been overlooked. The manager eventually acknowledged the mistake and offered to let us eat salads at that point and then “redo” the entrées — but by then the entire flow of the evening was already ruined.

For a premium-priced Valentine’s dinner, the service should be seamless and attentive. Instead, it felt disorganized and careless. The food may have been fine, but the experience was not. We won’t be returning.

Wonderful bread, good sized bar and homemade pastas cannot be beat for the prices they charge.

We had a fantastic lunch at Tramonto Restaurant. The zucchini appetizer is to die for. So good! I posted a picture of the main dish - it was a risotto dish with mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and other things. Also delish. I recommend this establishment.

One word, WOW! The service, the ambiance and the outstanding food was more than what we were expecting. Shane was our server and he made our experience absolutely wonderful. Very attentive, friendly and answered all of our questions with pleasure. From the cocktails, apps, dinner and desserts, we left Tramonto's with the biggest smile and fully satisfied. Highly, highly, recommend Tranonto's.

The food, service, and ambiance were excellent. I had the scarpariello chicken on the bone braised with sausage roasted potato in a spicy cherry pepper lemon garlic rosemary vernaccia wine broth. It was delicious. We also ordered the Margherita pizza and it was so good.

There were two rooms, one was so much louder than the other. We were seated in the loud room, I asked if we could sit in the other room because my mom is partially deaf, and there was an empty table available. I was told that table was specifically reserved. I asked if we could wait to sit in the quiter room and was told that we could sit at our table in the noisy room, and in 20-30 minutes we will be moved to the quiter room. We were never moved and it really ruined the experience. The food was great.

I've visited this restaurant twice and had a great experience both times. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. I would definitely eat here again.

I've been wanting to check out this place for a while. Numerous people have suggested this restaurant to me. I must admit, the service was exceptional from beginning to end, unlike what other people mentioned in their reviews. The food was delicious, although I believe some of the menu selections were somewhat expensive, as some reviewers pointed out. The portion sizes were pretty good . I enjoyed the atmosphere and the location. The decor was simple, but it was fine.

I love Tramonto. I eat there a few times a week when working nearby in the office. Sometimes we order in for the office, sometimes do a team lunch / dinner.
Food is great, service too.
