We travel 25 minutes to come to this location and it’s closed they should have some kind of system to allow customers know that they are closed for the day or for renovations or whatever.
My husband and I went for breakfast yesterday, and we were surprised to learn that the previous manager and waitress were no longer working there. We had been eating at this restaurant for over 7 years and the employees were always pleasant to the customers. The restaurant always had lots of beverage options to choose from. This time around they only had 2 different type of tea and 2 type of juice ( orange or apple). Under the old management there many options to choose from. Also the waitress didnt seem friendly and the manager was very aggressive. I wouldn't recommend dining at this restaurant. Their quality of food and service has declined.

Had early dinner and the manager is so rude to the staff members...rudely speaking, being arrogant ...always remember these are the men and woman that run your business and they also need respect

Place was empty. The lady and the manager was too nice. I felt like I have always been coming to this spot for years. I can't speak for rhe other reviews but I am very pleased at the service and the food. Need a little seasoning but ok for a quick bite.

It's a diner in the Heart of Hempstead. It is what it is. Definitely should not be traveling out of your way to eat here. Food was ok I guess. Staff was friendly. It's one of those spots you tip the lady good because you feel for her/him(atleast I do as I worked in this field from HS into my 20s. So she is basically your waiter, the host, answering the phone, making your drinks, and who knows what else. Look out!

Classic diner atmosphere filled with family-friendly staff. Sandra gave us amazing service as we were in town for our friend's funeral. The food and coffee were good and quick.

Placed an order online for delivery and got a call a few minutes later saying my total was $17 instead of the $15 it said online. I asked why and they said it was the delivery fee. Not only did they lie and added automatic gratuity, the food was straight up terrible. Literally no cream cheese on a $3 bagel… The pictures speak for itself

It is a very bad place to eat, the owner inside the restaurant and I went in with my 3 year old son and I asked the cashier why he smoked inside and he told me that he was the owner of the place and I answered him because he is the owner he will do what he knows. Do you like it? ..........It is a very bad place to eat, the owner inside the restaurant and I went in with my 3-year-old son and I asked the cashier why he smoked inside and he told me he was the owner of the place and I answered him because he is the owner, he will do what he knows do you like it?
