Apparently it’s their “company policy” to refuse to hand over mobile orders in the drive thru, forcing you to waste your time by parking, walking around, and going inside, only to find the employees just standing around doing nothing while your order is just sitting there. It makes it immensely more convenient and rational for everyone involved to just hand over the order through the drive thru window. Not sure why they have a drive thru lane if they refuse to utilize it.

Every time i go there the mini nuggets or over cooked and dried out. They aren’t even warm it’s like they sitting on the sidelines. Tired of coming there and wasting my money on rocks. i’ll just stick to the mall cause this place is a joke

I've been here a couple times since they opened. First two times I had relatively no issue. However, the last time I went the employee at the drive thru seemed to be filled equipped to deal with customers. She was nice, but clearly overwhelmed, unsure of what to do & definitely needed assistance. It's possible they're understaffed to handle in person orders, drive thru and app orders. Hopefully it improves because I looooove Auntie Anne's pretzels and having a drive thru is convenient.

I did read the other reviews before going, and didn’t expect much. However, despite the fairly negative reviews, I had some of the best cinnamon sugar pretzel bites from this specific Auntie Anne’s location. Whenever I visit any Auntie Anne’s, which is rare, I don’t expect much. However, the pretzel bites I had from here were extremely soft and chewy and coated well. Service was quick because the store was empty, and I had a great late night dessert from this store.

Ordered from this place once, was give the wrong order. It's pretzels, how hard is it to get that right? Decided to drive over and check it out, go through the drive thru and... why would it be open? Got there at 1p, (opens at 12), watched three cars drive away. People just don't want to work anymore, do they

I have went into this store plenty times and it is always the same issue. They say the pretzels are fresh but they are never fresh. Once you get them the pretzels are hard and taste very stale. When you ask them to make it fresh they have an attitude. They speak in Spanish about the customers not knowing that some people do understand what they are saying. I asked for a fresh pretzel since the associate told me they been sitting for about 30 minutes and the person making it said “who wants it” so I explained to her it doesn’t matter who wants it , if a customer is paying for something they should be satisfied with what they are paying for. And I refuse to pay for something that I will end up walking out the store and not being able to eat. They need to do better with how they treat their customers overall.

I’m a huge fan of Auntie Annie’s. Not only can you get the best pretzels here you can also get Cinnabons. Awesome staff with great service! Make sure you stop and get some of these delicious treats!
