I've been here a couple times since they opened. First two times I had relatively no issue. However, the last time I went the employee at the drive thru seemed to be filled equipped to deal with customers. She was nice, but clearly overwhelmed, unsure of what to do & definitely needed assistance. It's possible they're understaffed to handle in person orders, drive thru and app orders. Hopefully it improves because I looooove Auntie Anne's pretzels and having...

I did read the other reviews before going, and didn’t expect much. However, despite the fairly negative reviews, I had some of the best cinnamon sugar pretzel bites from this specific Auntie Anne’s location. Whenever I visit any Auntie Anne’s, which is rare, I don’t expect much. However, the pretzel bites I had from here were extremely soft and chewy and coated well. Service was quick because the store was empty, and I had a great late night dessert from this store.
