Spent nearly half an hour in the drive thru only to be met at the window by a server who must have been high on something. They did not have our order although we placed the order on the app and she took another 15 minutes to make a cappuccino!

It seemed to me that Maria treated me very badly. When I asked him for something he pouted and didn't feel like working, that was at the true drive, the employee's name is Maria. advice for the employee, do not roll a frog's eyes when asked for something

Driven thru many times, only once did they get my order correct. I'm flexible and will not usually complain for something minor but, the kids that work there don't have a clue. So if you order a cone u get a cup I ordered cookies and cream and got pistachio. c'est la vie.

When they make your shakes watch them some workers make them with ice(dragggg) some the regular way with milk &Ice cream...However the Ice cream selection is below average I usually go to the other ones near me, because they always have close to the 31 flavors!!! ?update: DD and Baskin and Robins have IMPROVED so much in the past year 2018-2020

If you're craving a nice thick milkshake with the yummiest ice cream don't come here. Was craving a pralines and cream milkshake and got a cookies and cream as well for the husband, pulled up to the window to 2 medium cups filled with milk and maybe a scoop or 2 of ice cream. And the pralines and cream wasn't even filled up to even consider it a medium as I was looking at it like wtf, the cashier knew I'm not happy so she took it back and had the person re do it with out me even saying anything... thanks but again the milk with hardly ice cream "milkshake", I feel like I'm drinking flavored milk. I may give it another chance but I think I'll find another location. I feel like the shakes are supposed to have whipped cream as well.. ?

Always a pleasant experience here. The people are friendly and always go out of their way to make me happy . The ice cream is always great and the service makes it even better!
