Tried to use the Burger King app, it tricked us it knows what we like to order didn't tell us what the price was going to be and we didn't have enough

I ordered an order for Uber, they didn't send me the juice or the sauces that I ordered, apart from the hamburger, the bread was very hard as if it had been cooked for a long time and tasted strange, I couldn't eat it and the nuggets were very hard as if they had been heated many times. See, I'm so disappointed that I lost my money because I threw away the food.

BURGER King you know I'll be there next Wednesday getting a Wednesday burger ?... but seriously ? can we all make this a safer place for kids.. I wouldn't bring my Daughter here just SAYING CHUCKY CHEESE IS BETTER HAHAH ?
Parking: I think Kids should feel safe at fast food joints. If you as an adult don't feel safe dining there that's a good indication something has to be done there. I think with team work the store will be better for kids next Wednesday or I'll just find a Wendy's or McDonald's to eat at ... sorry Burger King this one does seem like all your fault it's a shared parking lot.. maybe I would be a good security for the state ? there... I do need a car still. Wouldn't mind patrolling the lot.

Every time I have to ask for the keys to the toilet. Of course after purchase. it's not comfortable. Allegedly a small child, I have eaten, now I can go to the toilet.

So it's 11:45 but says they close at 12 ..Attended told me sorry short handed can't take .t order. Then why introduce yourself if your closed. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

If I could do a negative 1 star, I would. I came in my family of 5, including kids, for lunch, I asked for napkins she only gave two.I said sorry can i get more, for 1) there was a spill and 2) I have kids so it’s best we have extra. She handed my son another 2 napkins. I again said it slowly so she could understand that there was a spill, so I need more. She spoke in Spanish to another employee, about it, and that employees walked away from me, even when I asked her for some. I waited and waited.She shouldn’t be in the front serving customers if she’s treating us like if the napkins were coming from her home!2) I paid full meal, I think a few napkins weren’t going to kill her. Thanks Burger King but definitely not coming back
