The young lady who worked last night (2/7/25) in the drive thru was very unprofessional and rude as she gave me my drink forgot to give me my food. She opened the window and stares at me. I said I'm waiting on my food she said " I gave it to you with an attitude". Then realizing she didnt she give it to me, gave me the bag with no apology nothing.
Burger King PLEASE do better.

This is one of the nicest Burger Kings I have been to. The service was amazing and the workers were so nice. They were welcoming, always had a smile and were extremely friendly. This is what someone who has pride in their jobs look like. All of them were equally nice and that's rare to find. The area was clean, the food was fresh and the smiles were flowing. I wish I got their names so I could express my thanks.

Was disappointed about the one in Hempstead hardly any drinks in the machine. But the water is some of the cleanest same for the Burger King up the street off of newbridge road Hempstead turnpike. However they have all the drinks there

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes even better than bagels in Merrick on Merrick avenue this is really wheelchair accessible yes we can get anywhere in a wheelchair in here. I do appreciate that very very very very very much ?
