I went into carvels on Wednesday because they have the buy one get one free .. the owner charged me 7.26 for over many years 2 large cups I’ve walked in this past week price change to 9.45 I asked him about the price and he was very argumentative about the situation rude he said I would have to buy a Sunday desert I will never step in there again false prices

I got a vanilla waffle cone with chocolate dip .. it was terrific; however, the attendant took a long time to prepare it and it was heavily and clumsily wrapped in napkins so I wound up wearing too much of it

Went with my family and got a mid size cake of ice cream or so we thought as the box was decent size. When we look at the cake and it barely fills 3 quarters of the box as the whole perimeter which is hidden hides that there is no ice cream cake. For 27 bucks it was a ripoff. Ice cream was good but what a shady sneaky packing move by Carvel. Shame on you!!

This place should get zero stars! The male worker skipped over me as an African American and went straight to the Hispanic patrons as if I wasn't standing there. The two female workers decided not to assist and called him from the back. Others have said the same exact thing about these kids who work here. Do better

I met 2 young kids a guy and a girl both about 17 to 18 that worked there they were super great to talk to. The girl made a mix that I loved. When I visit there again I hope it's those 2 working! Oh ice cream was good by the way.

The person who waited on my needs serious customer service training immediately. I patiently waited while he finished with the customer ahead of me when another customer entered after I did. Rather than asking me what I'd like to order he says to the other customer who entered the business after me " two mediums". Clearly they must be a regular or the employee is a psychic, however my money is GREEN! Poor service such as this is exactly why small businesses such as this close down. In addition to the horrendous service experience I was uncharged for extra topping which were not ordered or advised up front- perhaps the employee thinks additional $1 I was charged will go in his check. Be better young man otherwise this community job you're fortunate to have will go out of business.

Always friendly service and great Ice Cream. Edited 9.13.23 the portions are significantly smaller. Wednesdaynis buy one Sundae and get one free. I didn't get whipped cream. The icecream used to sit inside the top and it had to be squished down a bit to get the top on. Now, refer to the photos. Won't be buying icefream here much. Same price almost a third less icecream.
