It is ideal to take the children to celebrate their birthday or if you simply want them to have a good time, it is suitable for them, variety of games, trampoline for small children, if you are a parent who still has a child inside, come and have fun with your children and at the end you can accumulate tickets and claim a prize at the exit.
Parking: It is a plaza therefore the number of parking spaces is quite a lot.

I go to Chuck e cheese in Patchogue West Islip and this is my first time going to the one in Hempstead.
The service is horrible and I would never come back here again.
Between a pizza and a cookie it cost me almost $100 for 30 minutes and I got zero service and I'm in here with my son by myself.
If you just drive a little further and go to either of the other two locations the people help you with your kid and they're really cater to making sure you're comfortable but for some reason here they are horrible.

I just had my daughters 6th birthday party here on Saturday and I must say everything went great! Tia and her team made everything very easy and stress free! The location was not crowded at all and the staff were so nice! The only negative I could think of is the adult food took pretty long to come out but thats about it! I would definitely host another party here!

She is absolutely amazing her customer service skills are outstanding she went above and beyond for my family it was my nephew birthday September 25, 2024 we had a blast we definitely appreciate it thank you for everything and keep up the great work our experience was fantastic and we love the new upgrade

They don’t have security at the door anybody can walk in and out of this place. Men be hanging out in this place with no child. They need to do better with security for the safety of parents and children I do not recommend!

We took my 1yr old here and we waited over 45 mins for a pizza due to them being way understaff. I needed to come on here to let everyone know the service was top tier - the manager made this experience that was out of her control a pleasant one. She did accommodations when all I asked for was to kindly cancel my order. She apologized and had my food out less than 5mins with complimentary item. I will continue to bring my son and family here ! Her name was Tee as per the other workers when I couldn’t find her to thank her more. She was very professional. I know it’s out of her control but the games were pretty old and out of date- that’s my only complain.
