Not very happy at all. I was over charged for the play pass instead of her taking the funds off for the coupon I had it was added.Then to add insult to injury Chuckie literally ignored my son. I am so upset and appalled on the unprofessional behavior and the blatant lack of customer service and consideration for their guests. I have already contacted corporate and awaiting a response immediately.

My 5 year old was there today. The shattered glasses on table corner cut my kid's finger and there was lots of blood. The people working there were cold and didn't even want to find a bandit! Not returning.

This is a great Chuck E. Cheese. It has a good service and great food. Manager and everyone else that works there was awesome! Pizza was good and fresh and hot and perfect! My kid was so happy here even Chuck e was nice to kids he was not ingoring kids! But my kid is kinda mad about the robot being removed 4 stars great service

I just got back . I visited chuck e cheese @hempstead long island NY . It was my first time ever going their with my 2 sons. I ask the young lady at the counter it's our first time please help us out. She was very nice but she tricked me. She asked u want 30 min play or 1 hr I said 1 hr. I didnot know anything yet.. she gave me 2 cards and and charge 1 hr + 1hr total 33$ on each card. Total 66$ + 4$ for 2 cards. She should have just gave me 1 card with 1 hr play . I saw guests their have 4 kids and they were using 1 card for all their kids. On top I order pizza and drinks. In total spend 111$ . But tht 33$ was simply robbing me off

We were at the venue for a birthday party and it was a nice experience. You have a (small) section of the place exclusive to the party but be warned there's nothing stopping others from coming to the area. Food was good and drinks were unlimited. Party guests get unlimited access to the game for the duration of the party. The staff taking care of our party were nice. The picture booth was fun.There's plenty of parking.

The worst service the manager can give is rude and foul-mouthed, they take a long time to serve you and they don't have enough workers to provide service.
This Location had great customer service when I attended. It was not too crowded and I was able to move about freely. I think the games can be spaced out a bit more provided how much open space there is that doesn’t seem to go to use, or if they would use that space to have a mini trampoline space or something or that nature as I’ve seen at other Chuck E Cheese. Also, there were several games that didn’t have the equipment needed to operate(missing balls/hockey pucks), but there’s no signage to says so and you may end up wasting tickets/time.Vegetarian options: They have a salad bar here and cheese pizzaKid-friendliness: Where a kid can be a kid
