If you truly want to enjoy Cinnabon don't order it from here , get it from the mall. You'll get your money's worth. It was not fresh and there's barely any icing , even when I heated it up for 15 seconds it still didn't do it justice. I would not order it again. I'd take the trip to the mall every single time from now on.

They served my iced coffee, it tasted AND smelled off. The cinnamon bun tasted weird as well. Worst Cinnabon I've ever had! đŸ€ź would have been better off going to insomnia

Went there tonight 11/29 at 7:00pm to get a Cinnabon and a heavyset light skin girl was working the counter. She was very rude and unwelcoming. The Cinnabons looked very dry like they’ve been sitting there for hours. I left . Terrible customer service and food did not look appetizing .

I don’t recommend this Cinnabon location because the Cinnabons are always cold and stale. Never fresh. I tried three different times , a couple weeks apart đŸ€·â€â™€ïž frosting be all hard and flaky like a frosted flake or something

Was going to go next door to cookie place, but saw this Cinnabon location next door, and immediately changed our minds. We've always loved Cinnabons but the malla near us no longer have them. The young lady behind the register was lovely, kind and very helpful to us as we decided what to get. She gave us yummy options on what types of icing to use on our purchase, which was a center of the bin piece. Ll, even more appreciated and yummy with the icing supplied. It was delicious, and I'd return here again! Thank you for tonights dessert!

The young man working the register is too busy on his cell phone. I had to interrupt and ask if I can place my order. This is the first Cinnabon I’ve ever been to that didn’t warm it up my cinnamon roll. Won’t be returning.

No issues with service. Restaurant was clean. Definitely understaffed though. I'm not sure why but the cinnamon rolls taste different from the average Cinnabon. It tastes like they added a little too much baking soda or baking powder. They do warm it up for you which is nice but they need to get the recipe right for it to be worth it.

Workers were friendly and the store was clean. But the cinnabons were so dry and flavorless. They barely put any cinnamon on it or icing. And yes, they were fresh out the oven. I actually waited for a new batch because the ones they had out didn’t look appetizing. Would not recommend.
