The bathroom was locked I waited 10 minutes outside and asked the employee if the door was locked he said “no someone is inside” then a different girl asked about the bathroom after that the employee unlocked the bathroom door. VERY RUDE AND

I've been meaning to write a review on this place but haven't. Here's a simple example of what I'm going through on a daily basis. I buy my breakfast from there almost everyday but hardly have a great day when they make any food/beverages. I ask for less ice and NEVER get it. They looked at me dumbfounded if I had ever asked in the past or will speak in their language to one another about my need. If they ever make a wrap, the cheese is NEVER melted which makes the wrap taste horrible. They will burn the english muffin usually when I order the egg & cheese. Service is SUPER horrible and staff are rude if you ever ask for anything to be fixed when they mess up. I can't begin on that. I had complained to dunkin in the past yet never received a call back. The only reason I don't go to another dunkin is because this is the only one near my work area. They need to seriously stop gossiping about customers right in front of them and instead concentrate on their work to make better food!
Parking: Plenty of space for parking there.

I regretfully returned to this Dunkin' Donuts despite my initial disappointment, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, the rude and unaccountable behavior of the staff only exacerbated my frustration. On multiple occasions, they made mistakes with my orders and showed no willingness to rectify them. Their lack of customer service skills and failure to take responsibility for errors have left me deeply dissatisfied. I cannot comprehend why I gave them another chance after the first few disappointments. Until Dunkin' Donuts addresses these issues and improves their customer service, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

He was yelling and make a scene in front of everyone. I felt very embarrassed and left immediately. This man is chasing customers away.

This Dunkin is a** . I asked for a small ice Carmel latte with cold foam …I got this . Not even that it’s the wrong order . What’s even worse they did the wrong order ..wrong ?. There’s no Carmel drizzle , whip cream, or cinnamon ?was I charged for that? What are they doing ?? They got the cold foam right though
