ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! I have a caffeine intolerance and I ordered decaf as I normally do and the employee taking my order rang up my order incorrectly and I asked two times if she put decaf in the system for my order and she said yes. I got my coffee from the pickup window and it was original…not decaf. I asked politely for them to double check and to remake it for me (since I have an intolerance and made that clear) and it was a fight. I left without a new coffee after I asked politely and was disappointed with the fact that I was lied to about my coffee order at the end and had to find out the hard way (had bad physical anxiety for the rest of the day) that they messed up my order after telling me “it was rung up wrong.” Terrible service, DO NOT recommend coming here at all.

This is the closest dunkin nearby and any time I come here staff is always rude and unwelcoming! They will stare at you and look confused while you’re trying to order and it feels as if they are always rushing you. They don’t accept up to date payment methods such as apple pay and for a newer establishment I find this ridiculous. The donuts I had purchased today led me to write this review. My Donuts had hair on it and on top of that MY DONUTS WERE HARD, why would you ever sell me a STALE donut!!!!???? Do better & stop with the fake reviews! This location SUCKS!!!!!

Customer service was horrible, my coffee wasn’t how I asked for it. When I asked to get it fixed the lady at the window angrily said no I need to get back in the line, I been asked for a refund and then she said okay she would fix it. I still got my refund and left with no coffee.

If I had to leave a -10 or a zero instead of 1 star would be generous. Every single time I pulled to this store they never have brown sugar shakin espresso. And the answer is get “ we don have it bruh” so disrespectful that this place don’t take the time to train their people to give customers service.

If i can give it a zero stars i would , ive been coming to this dunkin for months & have been olay with this place but lately they have been extrmely rude today i went and we have ask for a certain drink and he said we do not have that bro , what kind of customer service is that and after we ask once again he yelled and said we dont have that. I ended up asking why are you being rude & said to cancel ordered and went to another dunkin that had the drink we wanted . This place needs new management and new training members as this is super unacceptable . Please whoever is the franchise of this place to keep a look out on these employees and retrained them the right way to speak to customers .
