Horrible person in the drive through window. I asked for glazed donut but gave me chocolate donut with an attitude.

I have been visiting this Dunkin Donuts location for almost two years, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. It does not seem to matter whether I order 20 minutes ahead for pickup; my order is never ready when I arrive. Almost every time, I have to remind the employees at the front that there is a mobile order pending, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

This location lacks leadership, structure, and smooth operational processes. Even when they are not busy, the staff often appear disorganized and uncoordinated. I genuinely try to be understanding and patient, but the issues here have been ongoing without improvement.

It is unfortunate because this is the most convenient Dunkin Donuts on my way to work, so I continue to give them chances. However, they almost always disappoint. I truly think that whoever oversees this location should spend some time here to observe the day-to-day operations and see firsthand what needs to be addressed.

Not a good place to get food.
Staff is really slow. They mainly focus on drive thru orders. They don’t even respect people waiting inside. You will be waiting a long time for food.
Staff are slow and unprofessional.

I've been a loyal customer at this location for 9 years, but I'm experiencing issues with a new employee, Muhammad Afnan. Unfortunately, he's been inattentive to customers, particularly when they're picking up orders. I've noticed he's resistant and doesn't provide proper assistance, which is making it difficult for me to have a smooth experience.

The place wasn't bad but the service a bit bad... my friend didnt recieve her coffee when she ordered it. And thr counter staff did mentioned the order right. Other than tht it was good. Need more focus on giving the customers their right order.

We waited for 15 minutes for him to attend to us before driving away with nothing and no help. The barista was all alone and his speaker in the drive through was broken.
He couldn’t hear us taking our order and kept saying “hold on! Hold on please!”
And we told him we couldn’t understand him because his speaker was broken and it sounded like he was underwater.
He was busy helping guests inside with 4 cars in the driveway at 4:00
He should not be working alone.
When we drove around to order at the window he could not attend to us or any cars for 15 minutes and then we just gave up and drove away.

THE WORST DD TO EVER COME TO IT SHOULD BE CLOSED OR UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, THEY DONT APOLOGIZE WHEN THEY MESS UP ON MY ORDER. THEY HAVE TURNED ME DOWN FROM USING THE RESTROOM EVEN AFTER VERIFYING I BOUGHT SOMETHING TO USE IT . WAIT TIME IS UNBELIEVABLE LONG AND THE FOOD IS OLD THEY NEED TO CHECK THERE FOOD DATES !

This place does not deserve any stars. No customer service at all. It’s lunch time and no one at the register to take your order. Drive through was busy for sure. Hire more workers. And if I am being nice then match my energy and be nice back

Coffee is old, food is stale. Worst part is they make you wait in front for drive thru even if no one is behind you to make it seems faster on their drive thru timer then you have to turn into traffic dangerously.

Dunkin Donut on Peninsula Blvd off the Southern State...
The BEST Dunkin around for miles. The coffee is always on point and tastes the same ni matter who makes it and no matter the time of day. Staff is friendly, personable and very helpful

Five-Star Review for Dunkin' Donuts

No matter where I go, Dunkin' Donuts always feels like home. Every location I’ve visited has kind, friendly staff who greet you with a smile and treat you with respect. The service is quick, and the food is always fresh and delicious. I love how consistent everything is—the coffee, donuts, and breakfast sandwiches all have that same familiar, comforting taste. It doesn’t matter if I’m in New York or Florida, it’s always the same great experience. Dunkin' is my go-to for a reliable, tasty start to my day. Five stars for keeping it real and consistent!

I came there and ordered a Carmel iced latte they gave me coffee with milk and Carmel. Yall shouldn’t have people working here if there are not familiar with the menu or how to make the drinks this was terrible experience I do not recommend!! This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts on Long Island I don’t even know why this location is still open!!
