I came there and ordered a Carmel iced latte they gave me coffee with milk and Carmel. Yall shouldn’t have people working here if there are not familiar with the menu or how to make the drinks this was terrible experience I do not recommend!! This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts on Long Island I don’t even know why this location is still open!!

This is simply just disgusting..I ordered a decaf latte. I took the first sip and felt something unusual in my mouth. After spitting it out, I saw a roach. This absolutely the most disgusting thing ever. Would never buy again from here.

Stopped in the parking lot-next to the drive through-and ordered on the app. One guy working, so I had to wait a few minutes for my order, but he was friendly and the place was clean, with tables and chairs, so it was no problem. Cold sodas and Baskin Robbins cakes and ice cream offered as well. Accessible ♿️.

I have given this place too many chances over the 2 years I've been working in the area, yet they continue to fail. There have been issues with ordering on the app, where I was charged for an order the app said didn't go through so I had to go in and buy it just to have to call customer service to get a refund because it did process after all. They've gotten orders wrong, and overall slow service negates ordering ahead because you still have to wait.
This place is very nice and clean. They give always good customer service. Employees are good and well trained. They have a nice clean restroom. And a very big perking lot. They have good Dine in area. They make sandwiches very well. I am always going there.
Vegetarian options: Some of items. Not so much.
Parking: Infornt of the store.
Kid-friendliness: Yes, kids are very friendly over there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there is wheelchair parking and entrance.

This location needs some serious TLC. Garbage everywhere, everyday, bushes over grown, weeds and leaves everywhere, and building cracking from lack of maintenance. Building due for a major upgrade, but yet they have the nerve to be the most expensive Dunkin within 5 miles. REALLY! They have a new lady working there whom have an amazing and bubbly personality. Always a pleasure to get coffee from her each morning.
