I just wanted to get something quick, I found out they had cards they can stamp to eventually get a free meal. I’ve been here about 4 other times and no other cashier has ever mentioned that to me until Alexa did tonight. She ended up giving me two for filled up cards which she didn’t have to. Her customer service was fantastic. And would definitely keep coming again. Everyone is very nice and friendly in there. Would recommend.

TERRIBLE. We ordered chicken teriyaki and the rice was hard. Unfortunately I can not attach videos but the rice didn’t stick and CRUMBLED. I picked up the rice with my fingers and every grain of rice was rock hard and as it fell it sounded like throwing pebbles onto the ground. This is absolutely unacceptable.

The food is amazing... not so greasy as other teriyaki places (Thank God). Portions are great. The service was over the top and the store at the time we went was spotless. I will be going back.

Food - similar to Sarku (Asian food at malls). One order I got was steak over rice, and the other was chicken and shrimp over noodles; both came with cabbage. The meal was decent and a fair price. You get a reward card...7/8 meal is free.
Service - excellent; the young woman is welcoming, efficient, and polite.
Atmosphere - plenty tables and chairs; restroom (key at the counter)
Parking: Lot is usually full. Patience and you'll get a spot... most people don't stay parked for too long. Be careful driving through the lot; drunk ppl and/or
