The cookies were delicious, but I was disappointed that the store could only sell me two cookies because their oven was broken. I had driven a long way, hoping to buy six, but ended up with just two—and they were pricey.

Do yourself a favor and save yourself a road trip! There is a sign on the door. The oven is broken and doesnt work. Therefore, there are no cookies! What a bummer! Now its just a matter of when the oven will get fixed and how long the wait will be to get cookies again

The cookies were great. Delivery terrible. I listed my daughter’s dorm name & number in the order and other still took more than 25 minutes for the driver (DoorDash) to find her once they arrived on campus (Hofstra). Needless to say, cookies were NOT warm upon delivery.

Based on what I read in these reviews seems to me that this location. Thinks that they can just treat their customers any kind of way because of the neighborhood that they're in well you're wrong and I'm going to make sure that everybody knows how bad you are you ought to be ashamed of yourself and whoever is reading this, if you happen to be the one that's in charge of this place. You need to Get it together, or you'll be out of business. Just as fast as you was in business.
I walked in the store and ordered a 10" cookie. The worker told me it would be 25 mins. I told him no problem. I came back in 30 mins. He said it was cooling and I said no problem. He came back out and said he tried to move the cookie and it broke apart.. He then asked me if i wanted to wait another 25 mins for a second cookie or pick a different type. He at no time wanted to compensate me for his fault the cookie was destroyed. So not a great start for a new location...
