Friend came here for the Tuesday deal and the staff was beyond impolite - it’s sad that people are so rude nowadays. There was an issue with the app and the Hispanic woman said she couldn’t help him if he can’t figure it out. Meanwhile she immediately went to the next person that walked in even that person was having the same tech issue. The cashier woman tonight was very unpleasant to deal with and the chicken had old oil, so maybe that’s why it’s cheap on Tuesdays.

Her attitude was not necessary. Please train staff with more manners and basic human respect.

Very bad service on drive thru with delivery boys

You’ll get what you expect from fast food drive-through workers. I hate to say that because I truly believe that anybody with a job is important but the amount of times that I have been screwed by this and many other KFC locations for their lack of taking orders properly whether from going to the drive-thru myself and especially ordering through Uber Eats it’s infuriating. But then they want me to do them a favor and back up and drive back pass the window to make it look like they provided fast service. The level of incompetence that I have experienced from the KFC workers that take the same orders daily. I’m not asking KFC to make me Chinese food I’m asking for the items that they sell on the menu that they provide and still receive the wrong thing. It’s not only ridiculous, but should be deemed a fireable offense. As many KFC commercials that I see on TV it makes me sick to my stomach to think that they can still promote and create new products to serve, but never serve them properly. I had to post this because I can no longer accept giving this company my money and not getting what I ask for. Maybe there needs to be a better vetting process for hiring competent workers. How do you expect to do more in life if you can’t take people’s orders properly?

Like someone else said, they do what they want here. This place used to have well-cooked chicken, but now it’s hit or miss. Tonight, I ordered a Wings & Wedges box on Ubereats. It was supposed to include 12 nuggets, and they sent the box without the nuggets. It seems they didn’t have any and just sent it without. There’s no way they missed that large empty section in the box. They can also do much better with the hot wings. They've often been soft and undercooked. I might give them one more shot, but if not better, that’s it. I’ll write them off like I did the one in Baldwin. It looks like I’ll have to go to the one on Linden Blvd in Queens to get properly cooked chicken. It’s a shame that they can’t master cooking the primary item they sell.

If you want a place that runs out of crispy chicken 15 minutes after opening this is your spot. Why have crispy delicious fried chicken when you can have soggy skinned original, and 20 bags of ketchup when you asked for hot sauce since they apparently don’t have any 15 minutes after opening and the manager would rather hide in the back than help people

The worst kfc I've ever ordered from by far I ordered 3 chicken in waffle combos not only did they not put any waffles in the box they didn't even give me any fires for either meal paid almost 40$ 3 tenders in a box and the drinks they really just do what ever they want here

very Rude Spanish lady in the red shirt, she told me move. Told me to go inside for drive thru pick up while my food was sitting in the basket. She refused to hand me my food in the drive thru line.
