This is the worst KFC the food is good but they never have chicken in their drive-through. It’s always not available. They tell you to come in because they’re short staffed. This has been over six months with the same issue on Tuesdays when they have the special eight pieces for $10 they make you wait almost 30 minutes for the chicken. It’s not available which is very unaccommodating to customers who are interested in getting that special. I will not be going back there. They are the worst customer service.

The wost service ever!! The Latino manager with the glasses refused to give me the name of the rude worker 😒. They don't have any respect for the people who they serve in this community. Horrible service!! I always feel like I'm not welcome in the KFC that is in my own neighborhood.😥She gave me two different names of the rude worker after refusing to give me the name originally. I love KFC so much, but will not be treated like an outcast. It's 10:50 am on December 17,2024. Please teach these team members better customer service skills before I personally organize a boycott of this establishment. Thank you, a concerned customer. God bless 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

The manager's women attitude was very rude. The sound of the machine was unclear. Then the manager had a very bad attitude and was impatient. He kept urging us to hurry up and there was no car waiting in line behind us. Soon another man came to greet us and walked over and said a lot of nasty words. With this attitude, I don't even want to give it one star! It's really bad. Never patronize!

The place doesn't close at 1 a.m.,it closes at 12 am but they still don't have any chicken at that time so really the place closes at 11.if you want fresh food ,be warn ,the lady told me at 12am ( that there wasn't any food to serve and she turned the lights off on me .The funny thing is I got there at 11 50 pm, and they totally ignored me until I drove up to the window, I was in the drive thur, and the service from the window team was horrible, ALL I GOT WAS TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM A BIG NATIONAL FOOD CHANGE WHO SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES
When I ordered the usually bring something different and the food is too cold !!!

I would give 0 star if i can , I made an online order for a 5 PM pick-up at 20 Hempstead Ave, Hempstead, NY 11550 on December 3, 2024. Not only did the store run out of fried chicken, as the cashier informed everyone in line, but the cashier (a heavy-set African American woman, likely in her 50s) was also extremely RUDE Despite the lack of fried chicken ready to serve, I waited for over 15 minutes. I asked if I could get whatever was available, such as original fried chicken, instead of waiting for my spicy fried chicken order. There were at least eight other people in the store waiting for their orders as well.
Finally, the cashier asked me if the order was for myself. When I said yes, she threw me a bucket of "original fried chicken" that looked dark and old. She even shouted, "Here is the chicken, and don’t come back to tell me you didn’t get your chicken later!"
The chicken I received was overly fried, looked like it had been refried, and tasted dry and greasy. The store was poorly managed, running out of fried chicken to sell, and staffed by a very UNPROFESSIONAL, NASTY and RUDE cashier.

Very upset. Just recently was here at 730pm 9/24/24 and got the 6 piece meal and 4 piece meal. When i got home im missing 3 pieces of chicken and 3 biscuits and 2 mash potatoes that came with the 4 piece meal. Sooo pissed off! This is the 3rd time this happened. I told them about it before and still the same bs again!!!!

Horrible. Women at window literally said "what do you want?" Had to pay 6 dollars extra for a 10 dollar four piece bc I wanted Mac n cheese instead of potatoes. Asked for saucy nuggets and got the crumbs from the chicken breading with zero sauce at all. No wraps available. Worst 20 bucks I ever spent.
