Ordered BBQ chicken with two sides (Mac & cheese and Collard greens. The Mac and cheese was flavorless and didn’t even have any type of cheese and the chicken was very dry & not bbq. Could not eat it. My boyfriend had candied yams and the ribs in which the yams were good !

I came here 8:45 walk in to place an order. Today thrusday 19 the girl serving bold face said she not serving us because she have other other and she have to close at 9pm. Shanefull. This would’ve been my second time but my last time ever step foot back in there. I could see the food clearly which was a lot there but because she wanted to go home at 9 and also the guy that clean the floor was at the front with mop in hand to clean

I don’t even know why I played myself. Placed an order for a pan of fried whiting for my baby shower. They gave me a price of 150. When I called to inquire, they told me I only needed to provide a deposit. I go to pay the deposit then they tell me I have to pay the amount in full because they needed to buy the fish. What caterer says that!? I was already pressed for time so I just provided the full payment. The day of my shower that fish was terrible!! my guest even kept asking where did I purchase it from. I was so embarrassed. The fish was hard and lacked flavor. What a waste of money! I would never purchase food from this establishment again.

Whiting sandwich is made fresh to order. So good. Baked chicken, Turkeywings, collard greens, yams, potato salad, Mac and cheese, string beans soooo good.

Chicken was burnt, potato salad was good but almost mashed. A lot of food but medium size was oven $20 so pricing in review isn't current.

The flavor of the potato salad was amazing, but I feel they mixed the potato salad too much and made it into a mashed potato consistency with small pieces of potato. If you first look at the potato salad, it looks like mashed potatoes. It’s not until you start eating it when you taste little bitty pieces of the potatoes, here and there. It wasn’t enough eggs in the potato salad as well. Don’t mix so much, just turn it in the bowl so it won’t turn to mash. Plus the Mac and Cheese was sweet. I have never heard or eaten sweet Mac and Cheese. Not good.

I have ordered from here several times via Uber Eats. The fried whiting is EXCELLENT! I have been looking for good fries fish since I moved from Queens and now I've found it. The mac n cheese and the collard greens are also delicious. No complaints whatsoever about the food and I highly recommend this restaurant.
