The service was pretty good however, the tacos? no flavor at all and it was cold. I went on my break and i was super hungry and got 5 cold tacos with a beverage . I would’ve went for my refund but honestly it doesn’t even matter. i’m content with just knowing not to go back again, cute place tho.

🚫🚫Awarness 🚫 as the active customer for years 🚫These counter people work independently by causing problems and then they don't want to transfer to the manager, they will block your line and they will make sure their manager never received the call so you have to manually have to walk inside the store to find the manager. You called them in morning time he ignore the phone calls on other night Taco Tuesday I called 11 time ignored the call, then she is lying.. this has happened for last months . This time they got caught big time.

The one time I don’t read the reviews. I saw a review that said “don’t come here if you’re black” I saw that after me and my family ordered, the staff was taking forever and served people that came after us. I came here because it was my oldest daughter’s birthday and she wanted tacos. My two youngest daughters had chicken nuggets and fries and it came before my daughter’s quesadilla that was only cheese. My oldest daughter also ordered a tostada and the meat smelled rancid and they tried to tell me it was the cheese but I smelled the meat separately and it smelled horrible. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK!!!

I ordered a quesadilla and was given a taco. I have eaten quesadillas several times so I am familiar what it looks like. The so called manager tells me that I am mistaken that I was given a quesadilla. I explained and showed a picture of what a quesadilla looks like. However they refused to give me what I purchased for. I told them I will never return and their response was ok.

It is unusual and hateful that when I call, they keep me on hold for more than 15 minutes and then cut the call. It has happened to me many times and it is always the same service. It is something that is not correct to do and they should change that behavior.

I’m going to start by saying if you’re black, don’t even bother coming here. As soon as you step inside you can feel the racism in the air. They don’t greet you at all. They just laugh at you and stare at you like you’re some kind of alien. I went with my friends the employees that were working the shift, two girls and two boys, they were staring at us and laughing and asking each other who’s going to take our order. My friend went first and then she took a seat and then they completely ignored us after. So the rest of us were just standing wondering if they were preparing to take our order but instead they started to tend to other customers who came AFTER us. So I said at this point I don’t even want the food from here anymore and I took a seat. My friend still ordered but she had to ask the girl to take her order. And it’s ridiculous because do you think we just came here to stare at you and observe your work? My friends and I have been coming here for a long time since before birria tacos got popular and honestly not only has the customer service here gotten worse, so has the food. The old staff was better and more friendly. This new staff acts like they got sticks up their butts and are being threatened to work. As for the food, you can tell they’ve changed a lot of things. The food isn’t as flavorful anymore. It tastes like they changed to cheaper quality ingredients to save money for all the food their selling since they’ve gotten more traffic in their shop. The meat doesn’t taste the same, they barely give you any cheese or sides. They’re just being cheap all around. You would think their food would make up for the way the treat their non-Hispanic customers but they got a triple threat. Bad attitudes, bad food and bad atmosphere. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Only to go all the way there to pick it up & be told “can you cancel it because our iPad died so it didn’t go through” very first time giving this place a try & my last. 0 out of 0. Why act like your open & accept an order when you’re really cleaning up to leave.
