One star is too generous. I had a birthday party for children and made the mistake of ordering 2 pizzas from Pizza hut Hempstead . The pizza arrived TWO HOURS LATER AND VERY COLD. I was calling the store several times and the worker just said It was his first day and there was a problem.....but there was No problem to charge full amount!!!! THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! DO YOURSRLF A FAVOR DO NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT HEMPSTEAD IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SEE YOUR CHILDREN CRYNG AND HUNGRY!!!

Very rude Manager and staff! They Delivered undercooked doughy pizza that was cold in the center. I called to inform them and they got an attitude and agreed to send new pizza. To my surprise, the new pizza was overcooked and burnt. I guess they were sending me a message. HORRIBLE SERVICE WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!

Pizza was good and the price was great. However, I ordered 2 cheese pizzas and got 1 cheese and 1 stuffed crust pepperoni. I'll know better and check my order before I leave next time.

What I didn’t appreciate was the fact that, I walked in, waited in line, as I was supposed to. Picking up a take out order that I place. A guy walks in and goes straight to the counter, and it’s obvious he had a pick up order but there was a line after me. The woman at the counter completed with the person she was assisting, skipped me, to then help the guy who walked in, who was doing the same thing I was doing. So I said, I’m here for a pick up order under my name, she told me to wait a second, as she decided to help the guy who came in after me, Which is what pissed me off. Because an assumption was made that I was placing an order when in fact I was picking up an order and being courteous. Then ofc, they’re supposed to go over your order with you. She went over his order with him checked the pizza and all but just handed me my pizza. This was my first and last time at this location. Poor customer service and selective with how treat customers is disgusting behavior for an establishment, as such.
